Okay but could’ve been better

The lay out of the room was nice !

Cons:

The halls smell like pets, the bottom sheet was dirty , the shower curtain smelled old and sour and the light in the bathroom has a flickering problem

Was declined a room after Booking.com confirmation. Still charged cancellation fee. Terrible service.

I got charged a cancellation fee after being confirmed a room through Booking.com and upon arrival the entire foyer smelled like marijuana and the front desk clerk finally showed up and told me that they didn’t have a room available due to housekeeping. He stated that I was in the system, but there’s nothing they can do despite that I was still charged the entire fee for the room through Booking.com. I would really like to get that back thank you.

Pros:

The staff are all wonderful. If there was anything ive needed since ive been staying here they always try their hardest to find a way. Paula ,Bobby and Evelyn are amazing and im so glad I chose this location for my stay. Highly recommend!

I haven't had any issues while here that made me dislike anything.

Bad experience
Pros:

Front desk lady was nice

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned properly. The facility was loud, dirty and smelled. They never refunded my money for the room cancelation.
