The location was perfect.
I was supposed to be in a no smoking area however getting off the elevator, the hallway and I was consumed with pet stench over smoke. Also, when I reached my room, I was overwhelmed with smoke inside my room . I had to go out and get spray to neutralize the smell however, the smell was still there. In addition the plumbing was backed up in the kitchen and bathroom. Very disappointed

Total lack of kitchen items - no crockery, cutlery etc
The room was clean and very spacious.
There was no Kleenex, no kitchen utensils, no plates, no silverware, no cookware, no coffee maker and no hand towels. Yet there was a sign in the elevator that the kitchen was fully equipped.
The location
There was no one at the front desk when I arrived for check in, it took 15 minutes for someone to arrive to the front. When we finally got the room key, we were instructed to take the stairs to the second floor because the elevator was broken. When we got to the room, it wasn’t even cleaned yet. So we had to go down the stairs with our luggage back to the front to inform them of their mistake.
The rooms are very spacious, almost like an apartmemt is size.
The kitchen is separated so it doesn't seem like just a kitchen on 1 wall like alot of places. Large closets.
They dont provide any kitchen utensils. This place is no longer a Hotel, but more like a apartment complex. That being said the pool is gone, and there is not staff 24/7.
They charged us twice even though we booked on booking
The room and property was not clean. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. The sheets and towels were very dirty.

We have been staying at this location for 3 weeks now and wanted to show our appreciation to the staff and especially the manager Jennifer Garner for taking care of any questions concerns or problems quickly and efficiently exceeding or expectations and always making us feel like a welcome guest.
Disrespectful and hateful staff.
