Bad attitude by some staff
The concierge, valet, & shuttle staff were amazing & helped us tremendously. Great service & so appreciate the shuttle running to the different areas. Will, from England, was especially helpful & always went out of his way to be of service. Was a huge blessing!!!
Definitely needed new carpet & fresh paint on the 5th floor in the hallways. Room was not but not like pictures online. The shuttle service offered made up for the price. Did not have a chance to eat there.

After check in, The receptionist gave us direction to our room which was not accurate and caused us to feel uncomfortable at the first minute.
It was our anniversary and they were amazing, they not only upgraded our room for us, but we were welcomed with a surprise of champagne a congratulatory card and dessert! It was really fantastic and although it’s going through construction right now and there were times of a bit of noise it was still wonderful
When I initially booked a suite at the RimRock, there was NOTHING mentioned about an upcoming renovation. There definitely was not a discount to reflect the inconvenience of early morning banging and scaffolding up in the windows. I paid a premium price for a noisy stay and tried to spend most of my time away from the hotel to get away from the construction. It was disappointing.
The staff were great.
Second stay at hotel and enjoyed it again. Hotel being remodeled, but didn't interfere with our stay. I do wish there were some better casual options for food.
The location, staff and services were great. The view sells it.
The hotel kindly upgraded our room free of charge as we were getting married, a gorgeous touch!
Rooms need updating but I know this is getting done
