Lovely Lima Base
Pros:

Comfortable beds
Incredibly nice and helpful staff
Nice quiet location to return to
Great breakfast

Cons:

Our initial check in was a bit bumpy as had to be moved rooms twice. First room had some water coming in through the ceiling above the cupboard and the second room had a broken air con that emitted a loud constant noise.

All rectified in first 30 mins or so of arriving.
