Áreas amplias. Limpio. Buen olor. Habitación amplia con buena ducha de alta presión y agua caliente. Amabilidad del personal. La comida muy buena con desayuno amplio y variado tanto con opciones locales como internacionales.

Cons:

Cama un poco ruidosa e inestable. Aire acondicionado en ocasiones calienta y hay que estar regulando.

Really a 5 stars experience
Pros:

IFrom the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch; the entire staff is incredibly attentive and they truly excel at anticipating your every need. That proactive service was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I don't usually ask for names because everyone—even the doormen—was so kind and welcoming, but in this case, I must give a special shout-out to Sergio Alcantara, Jordans, and Alejandra—they were absolutely top-tier!
The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is perfect, featuring a jacuzzi and a separate shower. A huge plus is that the rooms are 100% soundproof, which allowed for a deep, restful sleep. The swimming pools—both the heated indoor one and the garden pool—are fantastic, and being right next to the bar means you can have a cocktail in your hand in seconds!
The gym is fully equipped with everything you need, including a professional trainer available at all times to help with your routine. I also highly recommend the massages at Specchi (pro tip: look for discounts on Bigbox!).
The breakfast buffet is impressively varied. Beyond the classics like bread, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, tamales, and chicharron, they even serve traditional Peruvian dishes like Aji de Gallina and international options like Thai Chicken.
To top it all off, they have a golf simulation court for an additional fee, which really completed the whole experience (I recommend booking it in advance or as soon as you check in).
100% recommended for anyone visiting Lima, especially since the location is very central and in one of the safest districts in the city!
