Swissôtel Lima – Elegancia, buen servicio y una calidad que se mantiene
Pros:

Swissôtel mantiene su estilo elegante y formal de siempre. La habitación es amplia y, aunque corresponde a un concepto que no es reciente, está perfectamente mantenida. El housekeeping fue impecable y la atención general estuvo a la altura de la categoría del hotel.

El desayuno incluido mantiene una muy buena calidad, con variedad de panes, frutas, jugos, bebidas calientes, postres y diferentes platos calientes. Destacamos especialmente el lomo saltado.

Visitamos La Locanda, restaurante mediterráneo del hotel, donde encontramos un ambiente elegante y una atención excepcional. Mención especial para Clara, quien al notar que no encontrábamos una opción de nuestro gusto nos ofreció una deliciosa pasta que no estaba en la carta. Excelente detalle.

Cons:

Como aspectos por mejorar: la habitación necesita mayor conectividad tecnológica; el escritorio no cuenta con conexiones eléctricas prácticas para laptop y tampoco hay puertos USB-A en escritorio o mesa de noche.

El estacionamiento tampoco nos resulta cómodo. Al llegar en vehículo propio, la caminata hasta el lobby es considerable y no encontramos asistencia para el equipaje. Además, el estacionamiento no está incluido en la tarifa del alojamiento, aunque ofrecen una tarifa plana de S/30 por 24 horas.

Durante el check-in percibimos cierta diferencia en la actitud del personal al mencionar que nuestra reserva había sido realizada por Booking. No afectó nuestra estadía, pero es un detalle que consideramos importante mencionar. El check-out, en cambio, fue excelente: rápido, amable y eficiente.

Perfecto todo. Sólo no pude ingresar al gimnasio con mi hija de 17 años por ser menor de edad, pensé usaban el mismo tope de edad que se utiliza en Lima fuera del Hotel.

Pros:

Staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and friendly. It was one of the few hotels that accept us (being a family of 5) without overcharging crazy rates. And the children’s room connected to our suite was absolutely lovely.
