Our stay was comfortable and relaxing!
Pros:

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. We will definitely be back!

Surprised by the $25 I had to pay for parking. However, I was not parking on the street.
Pros:

Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Cons:

Check-in guy was too much of a comedian for us. We had a long day and just wanted some rest.

The wifi code and login expires every day. Hilton should make the wifi code last to the guest check out plus 2 hours. It is not expensive to provide wifi – so make it easy to guests to use day by day.

Excessive noise and unprofessional customer service led me to check out early
Cons:

I was assigned a very loud first-floor room next to the gym, supply room, and common area, making it difficult to rest. Basic amenities were lacking for the price point, including no complimentary water and Wi-Fi not being automatically included. The most disappointing part was an unprofessional interaction at the front desk, where a staff member made inappropriate comments to me as a guest. Due to the noise and poor service, I checked out early and did not complete my planned stay.

Pool area was nice and clean. Food in the bar was very good!

Our bathroom was dirty, as I was putting the shade up the metal valance fell on my head and cut my thumb and hit my knee. They did t seem concerned at all!!!the Buffet was not worth 24.95!! Pastries were stale.
