Pros:

Friendly staff, great location. Towels good & great that the pool was heated.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet kept running out of food & coffee.
Pool kept running out of towels I had to ask at reception several times
Shampoo & conditioner was empty in the bathroom

It was comfortable and the hotel was up to date, clean and had everything we were looking for.
Pros:

The staff was excellent and helped us during a difficult event during our trip. There was a lot of breakfast options, great hot food and the room was quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

There were small children on the floor above us that got a little loud, but it didn't last long and we were comfortable.

Horrible experience, horrible customer service from Booking.com and La Quinta
Pros:

The breakfast was good, that’s about it.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that as soon as I got there and checked in, I let them know that I had a family emergency and I wasn’t gonna be able to stay the second day and they gave me the runaround the whole evening and the whole next morning and then when the manager finally got back to me after I called several times he told me I wasn’t gonna be able to be refunded for a day. I didn’t even stay there I left a day early and they still charged me 130 extra very dissatisfied with Booking.com and La Quinta Carlsbad location for horrible customer service and give me the runaround for multiple hours and not accommodating. Their customers will not be using either Booking.com nor La Quinta Carlsbad location and would not recommend either one to anyone very dissatisfied.

Cumple expectativas.
Pros:

La amabilidad de la recepcionista, la piscina caliente y el jacuzzi y el desayuno. También me gustó el paseo de 10 minutos agradable hasta la playa al atardecer.

Cons:

Que está justo al lado de la autovía y se escucha mucho los coches que pasan súper rápido.
