Decent stay.
Pros:

Overall, I gave it the raring I did because the environment. But check was pleasant. Thr lady at the front was helpful, informative and friendly. In person and over the phone. The room wasn't awful but you get what you pay for. They really should invest into some firmer mattresses. Other than that it was alright.

When you lay into the bed you sink into the mattress other than that it was alright.

Pros:

The first room they gave me was in very poor shape in poorly cleaned and noticed a few critters. but they did right their wrong and put me in a much cleaner and nicer room with n o extra cost

Cons:

I didn't like the dirtiness of the first room I went into.It was pretty disgusting and I wouldn't allow any family member of mine to stay in any of those rooms except for the one I stayed in

They are cockaroches in the rooms. And the front office doesnt allows cigarettes smoking outside by your cars. They called the cops on me for a freaking cigarettes

Gross, hookers, tweakers, mattresses are sunken in, smells terrible, stains on all walls, they do not clean the rooms periodically, when you try to check out they “fail” to mention the deposit gets refunded at the end of your stay

I booked 14 nights in Dixie OC it turned out to be a bad choice for me. When it become Vivo Hotel?

I like the location of the motel and less noice.

First I was in room 110 totally run down room. Broken A/C, Restroom door was damaged and found cockroaches in it Over all it was very bad condition where they should'd have rented. Requested for different room. I stayed 2 nights
