Its okay for the price. You get what you pay for.
Pros:

That there is alot of resturants either way down beach blvd. And if you book the room ahead of time or early enough it can be fairly cheap.

Cons:

That everytime I've booked a downstairs king bed room they put us in a downstairs 2 queen beds room that costs more. And instead of letting us switch to a king 1 bed room (when we are already checked in and have stayed a couple days already mind you) they want us to fully check out and check back in at 3p.m. Just to switch rooms! When orginially i had booked the one king bed room, but they put us in the 2 queen beds room knowing we would stay more than one night and have to pay more because the room had an extra bed. The rooms are not clean by any means, so we clean our room ourselves. One of the maids will refuse to switch out our bedding, towels, or give us toilet paper because I won't allow them access to "clean" our room. Because they don't clean they maybe at most change the sheets, probably very rarely. Bring your roach spray! Because there is a bug problem. But what can you expect for anywhere from $57 to $70 a night. I have no problem paying that and it being the way it is. But these owners try to charge $100 a week day and $120 on the weekends. Actually on a Monday just a regular Monday they tried to charge me $120 when online I was like 90 something after tax.

It sucked so bad, Very bad sad hotel.
Pros:

It was over priced for a hotel with the mostly broken room ever. My tv only had one channel and was stuck on it for ever. They took a 40$ dollar deposit? For like, what a shitty stay”. & to top it off the sheets had holes like if a rat bite through them. There was not fridge. My room literally has a space for the fridge.) but my had none. There is no utility’s like, blow dryer. And these people don’t even clean good there is hair stuck on the walls from the last person. Very dirty.

Cons:

It was messed up why is my bathroom door split in half. The shower was dirty.
