Very nice hotel, found it a bit expensive. For the price there was not even free parking. Price apart the hotel was very nice and the staff friendly.

cleanliness and great location.
room air conditioner was very noisy.
Wish there had been a coffee bar in the lobby.
This hotel needs to be torn down and stared all over again the hotel front desk staff is really rude there's no air the elevators don't work hair in my bathroom the carpet was filthy nothing seems to work I did meet a nice young lady named Tee she was very apologetic while the front desk was very rude and ignorant the fact I came in at 3 and was turned around 2x saying my room wasn't ready if it was for the nice young lady I would of left and also he was very rude to her as well I will never come back nasty hotel
Stayed here in July 2026 and had a genuinely frustrating experience. My room was not ready until after 7:30pm, more than four and a half hours past the standard 3pm check-in time, with no proactive update from the front desk about the delay. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on.
Then at 10:30pm that same night, I got a call asking me to change rooms because of a maintenance issue in the room I'd just been placed in hours earlier. So I ended up re-packing and relocating my things late at night, on top of the hours-long wait I'd already dealt with at check-in.
For a DoubleTree, I expected a much smoother experience. If you're booking here, I'd go in with lowered expectations around check-in times and be prepared for possible room issues.
Beautiful lobby but hot and staff was great! Room was clean.
TV wasn’t available no blackening curtains in room. Closet door wouldn’t close. Queen bed room not available. Room needs refurbishing, along with elevator. Not worth the rate that I paid.
My room was dirty and used and the door was open and bed was messed up and bathroom was used when I got there
This was, unfortunately, the most disappointing experience I've had at a Hilton property.
As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, I expected a higher standard of service and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell well below those expectations. The first front desk associate greeted my husband by expressing frustration about having been at work too long, which was not a welcoming first impression.
Another front desk associate, Andrea, was condescending, dismissive, and provided inaccurate information regarding our Hilton Honors benefits. Additionally, despite reserving a room on the executive floor, we were never able to access the Executive Lounge, one of the amenities associated with our reservation.
What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of leadership. I made multiple attempts to speak with the General Manager, Ryan Baker, regarding these concerns but never received a response. Based on my interactions with Hilton Customer Care, I was left with the impression that my concerns were being avoided rather than addressed, which only added to my frustration.
This experience fell far short of the level of hospitality I've come to expect from Hilton. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again.
Location was decent
Common Areas no air conditioning, elevator was broken, staff was rude
The elevator to the garage didn’t work. So you have to carry luggage down the stairs.
Construction was going on and the windows in our room were covered from the outside so we could not see anything but that being said the rest of the stay was very good.
See above regarding the cover over the windows
Clean
The rooms can used a little more TLC.
Nice and clean lobby, food was good
The bathroom was not cleaned. Limited on wash cloths when asked for more never received them
