The bed was soft
We got there super early when I booked I told them we was gonna be there at 7ish the lady was rude and turned us away
Near where I was visiting.
No vending machines, almost slipped in shower.
Didn’t see the breakfast. Had to leave the hotel shortly after checking in because they were under construction and had no hot water.
Staff was extremely rude. Refused to give me a new room with hot water, lied, and refused a refund when I left before staying there because there was no hot water.
I honestly can't think of anything that I actually liked about the room or the holidays or the elevators but when I first came in the lobby area and the dining area did look very nice and very different from the rest of the hotel
I didn't like that there was build up and residue around the shower head I didn't like how janky everything looked from the elevator to the walkways to... it was not like any Hilton Hotel that I've ever been to and the lobby area is very misleading because it looks like four or five star hotel but when you get upstairs it's like a two star... I also didn't like how I had to ask for hand soap and it wasn't already in the bathroom... I also had to switch rooms because the heat wasn't working in the first one
Clean and close to where we were going
Having to pay to park
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is a refrigerator in the room, which I didn't see listed in the amenities, but which I really appreciated. The TV has Netflix and Disney+. (You need your own account to login). Parking was reasonable and the location was convenient. The staff were nice. The price was hard to beat, which is why we stayed here and overall would stay again. The breakfast buffet was basic but pretty good and reasonably priced compared to other hotels I've stayed at.
The hotel has some obvious wear and tear and could do with some updating. The bathroom door didn't close well, the whole place needs a fresh coat of paint, etc. The bed was comfortable, but there is only one thin comforter on the bed which wasn't warm enough. I was able to get an extra blanket from the front desk for our second night. The lighting in the room is insufficient. (Very difficult to do makeup when there's not enough light!) In addition, some of the lightbulbs they use are a really harsh bluish-white light, which is unpleasant.
The first room had a very foul order. The bathroom wasn't clean in the 2nd room.
There was paint all over the rugs in the hallway. This was not what I expected given the price and location of the hotel.
The staff was incredibly nice and professional. Andrea at the front desk was exemplary
While we can understand that a property is going through renovations we were never informed of this at the time of booking. The hallway to our room had stained footprints from drywall or other construction materials. Our room was clearly unfinished with missing moldings missing slats in the blinds covering the window The bathroom was old and haggard. There was no bar in the closet to hang our clothing. We're the in-room coffee station was that was no outlet to plug in to make coffee. The light bulb in the bedside table fixture was not working. I have photos I am happy to share
Lobby was in good condition, breakfast was good, and gym was clean.
Hallway carpets were littered with construction debris (like globs of caulk); bathroom door was broken, there was no shower curtain, only one bath-sized towel. And, in the bathroom, halls, and elevator, it looked like there had been some extremely rushed patch and paint jobs. The hotel was "under renovation," but leaving debris all over the carpets is still quite odd. That's all not to mention the 3.5 hour wait to get our room (check-in was at 3 PM; room was ready at 6:30!). The staff was apologetic, but really?
The staff was super nice. The breakfast bar was phenomenal. Will definitely be back!

The Hotel was under renovation and had no indoor pool or business center. Brought my concerns to General Manager who agreed to only charge me for only.one three nights. Upon checkout front desk clerk wouldn't provide me receipt and stated GM was on conference call? I feel violated from start to finish with what I thought was a credible business. The restaurant was freezing on Sunday and forced us dining to leave due to snow emergency! Despite giving front desk clerk souvenir gift 🎁 bags I feel betrayed . My credit card was charged for three nights instead of GM guarantee of only one. I'm now in process of credit card dispute and possibly filing police report. The lobby is very nice but don't go any further in this hotel. Praying GM do right and be a man of his word. Didn't expect my first Hotel experience of New Year to be a catastrophe! OMG. The front desk clerk wouldn't even give my Amtrak coworkers the cookies! Too much!
For my daughter's wedding, we reserved a block of rooms here because they had a shuttle service we could use to get guests to and from the local venue. A week before the wedding we were informed the shuttle was out of service so no guarantee it would be available. Needing it, I and bride and groom reached out to them, Cara and GM James Fitzsimmons to help with a resolution; eg, rent another vehicle, etc.
The GM said he'd clarify some info and get back to me. Did not, lost another day and called back leaving a VM. No return call.
Completely disregarded me. Four days prior I scrambled to hire a service to take care of us. Additionally, rooms were not cleaned and ready for their 3 pm check in.
One guest needed a king bed promised bc of children and had to buy an additional room last minute. This hotel was a nightmare. Beware!...
Service was very unpleasant
More pleasant greeting people
