Really close to the Orange County convention center where I went for megacon so it was extremely convenient, free breakf
Pros:

Clean, convenient, & their breakfast was a little different every day, I enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

Not complaining at all by my shower but on/on button was really hard to turn completely off & would kinda leak but little drips unless i really forced to turn the knob to off. I wish they made it more obvious that you had to pay for parking that I was unaware until I arrive & then you had to pay by scanning a bar code. It was fine with me but older people like my parents I know it would be kinda difficult. I didn’t mind it & its location was really close to the event I was attending & parking garage so if I got a hotel farther away it was you’d have cost as much for parking.

A great location for getting to universal parks and being able to walk to restaurants etc of an evening

Location size of two bed suite

Cons:

Pool area was dirty and lack of loungers . Paying to park car even though large car park. Our room wasn’t cleaned or serviced for the 3 night there despite asking on several occasions

Our stay was great 👍
Pros:

The set up of the room was good 👍

Cons:

Thr elevator was not working on the side our rooms were on . Ice room was out of order.
House keeping did not knock door in the morning she just opened door 😒 good thing I always put safety lock on. She apologized for what she did.

My friends and I were pleased with how nice the hotel was for the value price!
Pros:

We loved the location! It was so close to Universal/Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe. It was also great to be walking distance of Top Golf and many restaurants and attractions in Icon Park/i-drive. The breakfast in the morning always surprisingly very good with a lot of variety and catered to all dietary needs. The pool was nice too! Nothing fancy, but still nice!

Cons:

The AC was really loud in the night for both rooms and would sometimes make a screeching sound.
