No Gathering Policy and Non-Registered People Visitation Policy:
Gatherings of five or more non-registered guests at any time and loud disturbances of any kind are prohibited. If the registered guest(s) fail to follow this policy, the registered guest(s) may be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. Non-registered guests are not permitted between 10pm and 6am. If non-registered guests are in the room during this time, the registered guest(s) may be asked to leave the hotel without a refund.
Upon check-in you must present a valid ID and matching credit card that secured the reservation. If the credit card used to secure the booking is not available, a new form of payment will be required upon check-in. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed will incur an “early departure fee” equal to the rate confirmed for one night.

Just awful. Know that you will likely be setup with an absolutely tiny room directly across from the elevators. Great spot if you don't need to sleep and can handle a bathroom slightly larger than a closet. This is an extremely old hotel and when you plan to take an elevator up or down prepare to wait 15 minutes. STAY AWAY!!!!

We had booked and verified that we had an executive King with one king bed and one pull out sofa bed.
The room given to us DID NOT HAVE A SOFA BED. Hence we had to go back to reception and lug our luggage to yet another room which was not good. The staff did not make any attempt to make it better, Air conditioning was not working, had to call maintenance, We were with our 2 twelve year old grand daughters
I liked the service offered by the staff in general. All of them were very nice and willing to help with our requests. Both Rachel and Vanessa helped me find the packages I ordered, and Amazon left them for me at the lobby.
I spent 3 nights here with my daughter in a queen room. We had a corner room which was so lovely, and although quite a small room, we had space.
Friendly staff, and we got into our room early.
It’s in a brilliant, very central location, and felt ye olde, characterful, but modern, and clean.

Location was great. Check in and check out very fast & smooth. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite which was wonderful. Bed was super comfortable. Room was nice and quiet.

Muy bien situado se llega a The loop en 5-10 min andando. El barrio es genial para comer, cenar, etc..Habitaciones grandes, mobiliario muy cómodo, te dejan café para hacer, el edificio es muy bonito.
la recepción está en el segundo piso lo que hace que para cualquier cosa pasas más tiempo en el ascensor. A la hora de recoger el equipaje guardado tardamos, porque te lo recogen en la tercera planta pero te lo entregan en la planta llanta baja y no avisan. Cobran 2$ por maleta
