If the registered guest(s) fail to follow this policy, the registered guest(s) may be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. Non-registered guests are not permitted between 10pm and 6am. Excellent hotel, great location
Pros:

What a lovely hotel! I was very lucky and got an upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff and excellent location. Highly recommended.

Great Value for the Magnificent Mile
Pros:

Excellent value for the location. On the mag mile, and walking distance to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Older property but well maintained and clean. We will be staying here again.

Cons:

The guest elevator didn’t like to open the doors when it reached the ground floor; definitely took some coaxing.

Location was good, rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

Location of lobby is not immediately clear when walking into hotel and no one was at the bag holding stand. The one time I went to the cafe for breakfast the cashier was missing for 15 minutes and very clearly didn't want to be there from how rude she was. Everywhere has it posted that the bar in the hotel is open from 4 to 11...it was not open, when we went to go we heard other guests ask about the bar and they got told that I closed at 7 like it was common knowledge, when us and two other parties were about to ask the same question.
