Very slow bag drop / collect
Coffee machine in room broken - not replaced despite numerous requests
Lack of proper restaurant or breakfast
No atmosphere in lobby bar and no other bar available
Room poorly designed - bed by door and constant exposure to light and noise from landing / lift

Pros:

Gute Lage direkt an der Magnificent Mile.

Cons:

Zimmer waren sehr muffig. Zuerst hatten wir eine Suite als Upgrade bekommen, diese roch jedoch durch die Lüftung so stark nach Essen, dass wir um ein Zimmerwechsel bitten mussten. Das Doppelzimmer, welches wir dann bekommen haben, war extrem dunkel und sehr muffig, das Bad super eng, so dass man nicht zu zweit darin stehen konnte und das Bett sehr durchgelegen. Außerdem war es dort sehr feucht.
Das Personal war weder besonders freundlich, noch irgendwie entgegenkommend.

الخدمات ليست كما يرام على سبيل المثال الماء تنزل الى البهو لأخذ علبتين لكل غرفه وكذلك المكواه لم تكن موجوده في الغرفه ولاتوجد لوازم النظافة في دورة المياة كالحذاء
