Wonderful bed and linens.
Commode didn't flush.
The lobby is beautiful, the food was good, and the staff were all very nice.
The sheets were very uncomfortable and loud, the comforter was very crinkly. Also, there was a water leak in our bathroom in the middle of the night. The room smelled like mildew as well. We would come back to hang out in the lobby bar but we would not stay at the hotel. For the price we paid for the room, we did not find it worth the money.
It was beautiful, quiet, safe. Loved the deep tub
Customer service could have been better, I had no explanation on parking. Parking is across the street in a parking garage, they wont let you check in up front and then park because that is a valet area. So we had to walk across the street to get our stuff and bring it to the car, it was a long walk.
The staff.
Single ply toilet paper. No free amenities including bottled water, coffee in the room and no comfortable reading chair or lighting!
Beautiful

We loved our room! It was very large and clean and comfortable.
I didn't like the sales pitch in the lobby, which sounded like a good deal for a future stay but was actually a time share pitch.
Location, staff
Small room, no coffee machine (until I requested), old shower (no pressure), office deck chair not comfortable
It is a charming, historic hotel—steeped in history and elegance at every turn. It features lovely, comfortable rooms and a truly spectacular spa complete with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and gym—offering more amenities than other, more expensive, and modern hotels in the same city. Its restaurants are excellent, serving delicious food at reasonable prices, and the service is the best in the world—remarkably fast and attentive. But the absolute highlight was the kindness and exceptional treatment we received from the entire staff, and especially from: our waiter, Luis—a polite, friendly, and attentive young man who was so delightful that he even played the piano in the main lounge just for us; and the restaurant manager—also named Luis—who was incredibly helpful in introducing us to the front desk manager, Luke. Luke was fantastic, going out of his way to help us secure a nicer room with a view of the city. As you can imagine, we fell completely in love with the hotel—and, above all, with its people: the wonderful individuals who work there.
If I had to point out anything, it would be the height of the toilets—they are a bit low—and perhaps their lids, which ideally should be soft-closing. My wife also mentioned that she felt a spring on her side of the mattress that made her feel a little uncomfortable; personally, however, I loved the mattress, the sheets, and the pillows. Nevertheless, it would be beneficial for the hotel staff to periodically check these details to ensure they continue to uphold the high standards that this magnificent hotel already possesses.
It was in a great location! Beautiful with great staff.
The rooms were hot and water stayed cold. Parking is not included and very expensive. I also felt like we were nickel and dimed for everything.
Ingen Buffé, men flera valmöjligheter som serverades vid bordet.
Smakade utmärkt!
