Great for tired families to recuperate.
Pros:

Great convenience and everything you could ask for, for a tired family after a long journey.

Hiltons always stay true to being so accommodating and this was no exception. This time they even allowed us to have a car seat sent and held by them a week before we were due to stay! Really was so helpful and a relief to quickly recuperate here after a long international plane ride.

The direct walk from airport arrivals on the sky bridge was truly a life saver too and very well worth the choice of convenience.

The room also had everything we could’ve needed / wanted and more, from a crib to fully filled shampoo/conditioner/lotion (which smelled so nice) to a hair dryer toa coffee machine, ice bucket etc.

Apparently the restaurant was exceptional for breakfast too with great food and service according to my partner and mother-in-law.

Cons:

Not many complaints at all. I suppose if we could think of any it’d be that the room was a bit dated but was still so comfortable, clean and had everything we could’ve needed/wanted and more.. Surprisingly the instant coffee was pretty decent.

The best choice for Logan.
Pros:

This was a perfect place to stay before a very early flight. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Pros:

The Boston Hilton Logan is in the perfect location! It is clean and staff were helpful, Their bus service to the airport is excellent. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

It needs a little updating for the cost. The towels were thin and the room, though perfectly clean and comfortable, seemed barren.

that the hotel was at the airport, comfortable bed

Cons:

better, thicker toilet paper, a higher toilet, front desk person who gives the correct information about the shuttle. we were told we did not have to call but later did and waited ove 35 minutes for the shuttle.

Fantastic location for arriving / departing for the airport

Cons:

Restaurants are very average for a Hilton. The food is expensive and pretty average. The restaurant in the evening you had to queue to get in for it.

The breakfast was poor value and pretty low quality. Staff all very friendly but overall the Hilton needs to upgrade the offering or people are better off heading for airport restaurants.
