Pros:

Very clean and rooms are nicely appointed

Cons:

Great Hotel but the restaurant options are horrible. Food expensive and not very good. The barista at the coffee shop was such a rude woman, this is the second time I have stayed and the second time I had the misfortune of being waited on by her. Very unfriendly and rude. The rooms and hotel are great though - very clean and comfortable and the only reason I keep going back.

Liegt sehr gut in Boston am Flughafen

Cons:

Man konnte das Zimmer nicht heizen- bei -14 Grad Aussentemperatur ist das nicht akzeptabel. Die Portionen im Hotel-Restaurant sind viel zu groß, es sollten kleine Portionen zum geringeren Preis angeboten werden

I expect a certain standard when I stay at a Hilton. The airport Hilton fell flat on its face.
Cons:

Not a drop of hot water for a shower at 9PM. The carpet was dirty and there were food crumbs.
At $400 + dollars a night a good shower and a clean room should be a shoo in!
