Nice place to stay
Pros:

I was unable to stay at the express this year because I was able to get a room at the Holiday Inn Robert Center and a friend took the room I had at the Holiday Inn. She told me everything was excellent and they really enjoyed it. The thing that we missed was breakfast at the Robert center. No breakfast was included, but we stayed at the express in 2024 and it was excellent all the way around.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned thoroughly. Ironing board not folded away and table or counter not wipes daily. This seemed not the case for my son 's room which was an executive room.

Great stay! Would be perfect if you're not a night owl like me.
Pros:

They accomodated my late check-in with no problems. The room was very well cleaned and the staff was VERY friendly.

Cons:

I would've liked options for people who work off-shifts (like me). A check out time at 11 am when I didn't check in until after midnight was rough. The pool is only open until 11pm.

clean and met our needs but room could have been better

A lot o choices were availble. There was plently of staff present to refill food and drinks.

Cons:

Room smelled like Tobacco. There were dogs in the room next to us that kept barking.
