Great stay! Would be perfect if you're not a night owl like me.
Pros:

They accomodated my late check-in with no problems. The room was very well cleaned and the staff was VERY friendly.

Cons:

I would've liked options for people who work off-shifts (like me). A check out time at 11 am when I didn't check in until after midnight was rough. The pool is only open until 11pm.

clean and met our needs but room could have been better
Pros:

A lot o choices were availble. There was plently of staff present to refill food and drinks.

Cons:

Room smelled like Tobacco. There were dogs in the room next to us that kept barking.

The breakfast was the usual fare but at least it was hot and kept full. The coffee was excellent and the staff was very accomodating.

Very nice!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. I always find Holiday Inn Express to be clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that I could only access one of the three ice machines - one was broken and one was not available.

Pros:

I was notified on Oct 9th that Holiday Inn canceled our reservation. We called to inquire as to why and were told that sometimes they "double book"
(Their words) they than offered to book me another room for only 290.00 more than my previous booking. I will never use Holiday Inn again.
