Bad stay
Pros:

Room was very dirty, we also found a pair of men’s underwear on the shelf of the tv cabinet. There were cheese wrappers in the bathroom floor. The sleeper sofa had dirty sheets left on it. We will never stay here again

The pool and splash pad area was cool

Cons:

My sisters room (324) had fleas in it. So many that at midnight she had to change rooms. I have a video from my nephew of them on him. I never once asked for a refund or a cheaper rate. Not one time. However the lady at the front desk acted as she didn’t believe my sister. As if we want to wake our children up at midnight to change rooms. The next morning when we went to check out I brought up the concerns to the front desk and she wanted to go back and forth with me that they were not fleas. Stated she had worked there for two years so she “knows”. And that “bugs are apart of the summer season”. I’m sorry but for $130 a night for one room and $180 for the other, we shouldn’t have to deal with any bugs!! I couldn’t believe she wanted to stand there and basically call me a liar. I will say the gentleman that was there when we originally checked in was wonderful!! But I will never stay here again.

Outside pool was nice but to was less than acceptable
Pros:

The kids pool out front was nice and my son loved it

Cons:

The room was damp and super humid, mild in the bathroom and stains on the ottoman that looked like dried blood

Cons:

Wasp (dead) in windows. Torn shower curtain, rusty hinges on door in bathroom due to no ventilation. Also flooring in elevator taped with rug over top. This is same room we had in the spring.

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

You had to ask for towels because if you don’t stay 3 days or more they don’t come in to change them out. No chairs for the balcony rooms.
