The properties very well maintained and equipped, the staff is well above average, the breakfast was very good, I’ll be staying here regularly.
Papa John’s doesn’t deliver to this location, no pizza and wings for me tonight.
Good location.
We did not continue our stay as the door did not securely lock and was told the hotel was sold out for the night. We had to leave the property and find a safe place to stay. The door to our room also had marks that made my family feel uncomfortable.
I liked that was close to our dance comp
Bathroom floor was unclean
They grab dirty towels but didn’t restock clean ones in the room while we were out
Close to the expressway, out from all the attractions, very quiet, yet convenient to everything.
A few things in our room needed maintenance.
The staffs were friendly and helpful with all of my concerns that I had. I also have to recognize how kind the housekeeping staff were to my family's needs, too. They all helped make my family's trip a success.
I didn't like having an inoperable mini refrigerator with mold on the inside upon arrival; which they did replace in a timely manner. However, my bathroom ceiling did have mold around the vent and over the shower.
Clean comfortable room. Breakfast good.
Good
Indoor Pool could have been warmer in November
The only positive thing I can say - the room was clean. This hotel is ridiculously loud - people slamming doors constantly, kids screaming up and down the hall, paper thin walls so you hear your neighbors tv. I put earplugs in to sleep and could still hear some noise. I would not stay here again.
Arrived, 2/6/26. The bed had visible bugs on them. The lady at the front said to just get rid of it. We then asked to use the sitting area so our team could decorate items to give away and we were rudely told we couldn't by front desk and a gentleman mopping a tiny room for 30 minutes. We asked to use the conference room and said we needed to speak to Jessica who was unavailable. I Asked to speak to a manager in regards to both and was told they aren't available on the weekend. Finally the downstairs bathroom reakes like sewage. Overall this is a horrible place to stay. Especially with a group of clean people.
My husband and I stayed here for a quick overnight trip. The room was clean but I would recommend getting BB protection on your beds and pillows cause that was a bit scary.
The room needed a few things fixed through the room and bathroom of things that have been let go.
Being close to the lobby was a bit loud all hours of the night, plus you had kids running through the halls which being close to the office should have been addressed. I will give a huge compliment to the women who checked us in and out she was very sweet and lovely to talk to. Breakfast was not so good since the eggs were very watery sausage was hard.
We chose to stay another place the next visit.
Brought 20+ families to this hotel due to our daughters having a volleyball tournament this past weekend. This is hands down the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The worst customer service from the front desk! Very rude workers! No towel replacements for the second night. Multiple families had to move to a secondary room because of nasty sheets (large blood spots), large wet spots of unknown liquid in carpet, or just plain out not cleaned rooms! The indoor is NOT heated and felt about the same temperature as their outdoor pool! Breakfast was never refilled about a certain item was empty! We will never use your locations again.
I visit here several times a year for work, and each time, I’ve consistently enjoyed an outstanding experience. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a fresh, clean smell and a welcoming, positive vibe, thanks to the friendly front desk associate. I've had the pleasure of meeting Mason several times, and he always remembers me, even after several months between visits. I often feel fortunate to stay here, as I usually find excellent deals that make a luxurious stay affordable, especially considering the high quality and cleanliness of the rooms. I also really appreciate that you still offer microwaves in the guest rooms, such a rare find, and I truly value it.
