Retrain hotel staff

Fridge in the room was broken. We told the front desk clerk he said the next day he would move us. He never mentioned it again.our last night there the front desk clerk, the woman was yelling in the hallway, we open the door its 11 PM. She’s screaming that somebody was smoking on the floor and they needed to stop loud and obnoxious.

Cons:

Front desk clerk needs training on soft skills .and professional way to dress.she had a smart attitude. Housekeeping was very sweet and helpful went above and beyond to help us bathroom sink not in bathroom very dusty rooms.needs detail clean

Got there at 1 and was unable to check in. check-in was at three so I was understanding that we were there two hours early. Went and got something to eat. Came back. Got there at 2:30 and still no room available. Hard to believe at 2:30 not one room was available to put me in. We were being picked up at 3 o’clock by friends so I had to freshen up in the lobby bathroom. We walked out the door about 2:50 to put our luggage back in our car lady at the desk then said our room was available. Too late. On top of all this, the lady at the desk in my opinion was very rude. I think she could’ve gone out of her way at 2:30 to find us a room. She did not. Also, the shower was just warm never did get a nice hot shower there. I would not recommend this hotel.

Well first being on the first floor and having a door that leads to the outside that could easily be breached was not ideal. Actually we did not know we had a door until we opened the curtains after we returned from dinner. The worst part was the door was unlocked while all our belongings were in the room! Anybody could have wandered into our room. Next there was no chair or table to sit at in the room ether because it was so small, unacceptable as well. Then when you get to the bathroom there is no room to put towels and your belongings. Very poor set up at best given the cost. We will not return.

Housekeeping issues
Pros:

At first glance, the hotel lobby looked nice. After getting to our room, I began to notice poor housekeeping issues. I left a note on the first day to please put a new Kleenex box. The sink was slow and filled with water from just brushing teeth, and the lotion container was empty. When I returned, the note was gone, and only the lotion was refilled. The next day, after being gone till late, no towels had been delivered to the room, but the bed was made. I used the hotel phone, which hasn't been cleaned in forever, to ask for towels that were promptly delivered. My fellow travelers also had no towels. The breakfast was average at best. We were at breakfast by 7am to find the coffee urn empty. I then went to use the waffle maker, and it was empty, too. It's a bit frustrating all around to have this many inadequacies. It's one thing to say lack of help, but another to say some are lax in doing the job they have.

Conveniently located, this hotel delivers a spacious room, comfy bed and good breakfast to get you started.
Pros:

It’s clean and nicely decorated. The location is fabulous for easy access to all activities in the area. The breakfast is nicely done as well.
