Decent price if you are staying a while and not staying inside the room much. Not the best but it wasn’t the worst.
Pros:

Breakfast was included and it had a nice fridge that is bigger than others.

Cons:

The room felt like it was rushed clean, yellow stained towels, and a few had holes in them. There was also brown liquid on the toilet seat when we arrived. We could hear people in their rooms and a lot of banging above us since we were on the ground floor. Location wasn’t too bad just a lot of u turns towards Pigeon Forge. Fire place was also missing several rocks inside the room and not much of a view from our room.

It was ok but would not recommend.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for us.

Cons:

There was hair in one of the beds and the shower. One of the bathroom lights was broke, and the surfaces in the room were visibly unclean. Also we were under the impression there was laundry on the property which there was not because the machines were broke. We would not have stayed there if we would have known that. Also 2/3 of the staff we were in contact with were very rude.

Pros:

room was great. when we left i forgot my insulin in the fridge in the room. i was 5 hours away and worried. i called the hotel and the man who answered the phone said he would run to the room and see if it was there. he did and he kept it refrigerated till i could get back three days later. great customer service
