So handy being close to train. Lovely and clean

Cons:

That they tried to tell me could only have 2 peoples breakfast so I had to call booking.com to clarify and then hotel still refused until I called again and booking.com sent an email

Pros:

First I have to say, this is the FIRST time I review one of your properties from the dozens of times I e used Booking. When asked that question , the answer must be related to how well one was received. First, the advertisement picture on the booking site , is deceiving, if not outright false advertisement . You show a beautiful water view. The customer assumes that is the case. No, it’s near an elevated highway on one side ,a dingy street on the other and a ugly parking lot on the other. The receptionists were rude and not accommodating. Not only to me but to other customers when I observed their interactions. Complete lack of customer oriented skills.The room didn’t even included a simple microwave so you could heat up some water for tea, Had to go to the lobby to use a , what look like 19.99 dollar microwave, when asked they mentioned that only some rooms had them. The first room they gave me , 204 , was right next to the highway. The windows were single pane and not the triple pane designed for sound isolation and the noise was unbearable. Had to wait until 6PM for another room but not what I had requested , away from the highway and it was awful. I could not sleep all night with the sound of ambulances and cars revving up on the highway. I was charged over 700 dollars for 1 night for a room not worth 39 dollars, something that should be rented by the hour. Had I not , ran out of time, I would had cancelled and looked for a room someplace else. Unfortunately I was there for an event and had zero time to change. The maintenance was terrible. The room ceiling popcorn plaster was crumbling and appeared ready to fall on my head.

Everything overall went very well and would definitely come back.

The roof top pool was very nice!

Cons:

A person behind us got stuck in the elevator and luckily we got out of it before we could get stuck.
