I felt safe here
People sleeping in the lobby
What compelled me to book this hotel was the fact that there was a subway station right next door. That made it very easy to get around the city. I appreciated the level of politeness at the front desk and the amenities found in the room.
The only main drawback is that the hotel is surrounded by very little in terms of convenience stores during off-peak hours. Walking to nearby restaurants or other retail takes considerable time if you don't have a car.
Centrally located
Front desk staff didnt communicate our late checkout, causing housekeeping to walk into the room TWICE without knocking. Doors/walls are thin. Whole facility is a bit dated and needs some TLC.
Location was good close to where I needed to go.
Not having to pay 65$ for parking. I personally think it's ridiculous.

It wa s fantastic location for our needs.
We had to complain about a very annoying high pitched beep. It was something malfunctioning with the night stand decides. We forgot until it was bedtime as only annoying when it got super quiet. They apologized and let my daughter check out late but I had to leave early that last day.
The location & room clean
We stayed next to a younger group of girls, who were having some kind of party, multiple groups of guys showed up a whole lot of traffic and walked.\nAround with basically no clothes on. This stay was very uncomfortable. I asked the staff to assist, they lowered the volume for about 1hr and turned it right back up they didn't stop the music until about 2:30AM, trying to sleep through the night of our stay was horrible!
The bed was comfortable
Bathroom extremely small. Parking$65 a night.
