Great location, dated property.
Pros:

Great location. The suite was spacious.

Cons:

Staff communication was poor. We'd asked for a roll-away bed and were told it would be sent shortly. Had to call multiple times and when the staff showed up they were still confused about it and didn't quite get it. The batch tub side cover was falling apart/not properly fixed. There was a light bulb out in the room (which we called to have replaced).

Comfortable and nice stay for me and mom's Boston trip
Pros:

We really liked the size of the room, the location with relation to the train/subway stop, and the location on the Charles River which made for nice morning walks.

Not what I expected.
Pros:

View was terrible for what I payed and I payed in advance for the best deals I've stayed in a lot of hotels. In Boston this was the worst contruction going on no ac in lobby it was in the high 90 s thought I was getting a suite for the price I payed 2months before iam total dissatisfied.

Cons:

Room service was good the parking was great.

The hotel was good and comfortable but average service
Pros:

It’s simple, clean and comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast at the first day was excellent, while from the second day all breakfast staff had been changed, it wasn’t good at all

Pros:

The location was fantastic for what I wanted to experience. The amenities were amazing. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And the facility was extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I think four pillows should be mandatory in all hotels

Cons:

There were only two negatives to my whole experience. One was that my room was right next to elevators but luckily I had my sound machine so it drowned out the noise. Second was that my shower was extremely hard to turn on and I had to really crank on it to turn it off so it didn't drip.

Won’t be back - smells BAD!
Pros:

Good location on the river

Cons:

Bed was hard as a rock. New bed side tables reeked of a chemical smell. Varnish, glue, I don’t know what. Hit you like a wall as you entered the room. Stomach turning.
