Pros:

Staff are amazing! Rooms are clean

Cons:

WI-FI …. 2026 and 1mbps??? And it barely works? Ironically if you pay for premium Wi-Fi, then it’s even worse.

Fantastic view. Helpful staff. Very pleasant.
Pros:

We upgraded to a river view. It was in part of the hotel that hasn’t yet been upgraded but boy, was the view worth it. Room was fine anyway!!

Staff, space in bedroom and bathroom, design, cleanliness, food, the view, shops nearby, felt safe in area, quiet and reapectful in hotel, starbucks

Nice hotel, but for me the slow internet left me disappointed

Cons:

The internet was awful and slow. When traveling for work (or anything frankly) in this day and age-- who has slow internet? That was unacceptable.

We couldn't even stay and still had to pay

My son wasn't able to check in, and he was not able to stay at this hotel because he was not allowed to check in. We had to find another hotel, and now we had to pay for two hotels. I wouldn't recommend it because this should have been shared before booking. When we called the property, they said they would waive the cost, and then we still got charged. When I followed up, I received no response.

No Scotland, No Party!

The hotel was lovely.
A really good location, close to the city centre.
I really like the gym and pool facilities. An early swim each day was a must.?
