Cons:

Breakfast doesn't work well for kids. Nothing special about the rooms, very plain. Fireplaces we're running!

Clean, comfortable, safe hotel on outskirts of Boston proper.
Pros:

Location, staff friendliness, appearance and apple & cider bar. Starbucks too!

Cons:

Walls not insulated enough. Could hear the conversation going on in next room.
Refrigerator not cold enough, even at highest setting.
Price point of room was very high.

Loved stay at Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston
Pros:

Excellent, pleasant & professional staff, especially at the registration desk. Hotel was very clean and it's location has a great view of the Charles River.

Cons:

Room in the west tower was a little dated such as the bedroom rug showing some wear and tear but it wasn't to the point of being a distaction.
