I got the place for the pool & the pool was out of service. Nothing online stating that. Kids way beyond disappointed.. only offered a a cancelation and at that point wasn't viable.

This place is terrible!! The place is gross and makes you feel unsafe. There’s no hot water. They have none of the amenities they have listed on their website. They asked for a $100 deposit after I already paid through booking.com. I checked out and they never refunded my money. I called them and they acted like they couldn’t find record of my transaction. When I said I’ll just call my bank suddenly they found it and said there was a cigarette butt in the toilet and therefore you don’t get the deposit back. There was no cigarette in the toilet. Just another way to take another $100
It’s loud at 230am with people yelling in the halls, they don’t empty the trash all week and say they’ll get it when you check out, there’s noises playing over the loud speaker that sounds like rats which is the oddest thing.
The rook size
Everything else. Bad area of town shower takes 15 just to get warm drain was clogged. Housekeeping never comes around. Pool isn’t open
The water pressure was good. The front desk area looked great. Staff seemed friendly but only 1 person doing everything.
Dirty, very poor job remodeling the rooms, carpets were dirty, shower curtain was missing (only cloth one was used and it was stained up and water leaked through onto floor). Bathtub wasn’t caulked properly and water was leaking through the valve behind the poor tile job. Burnt out light bulbs in the room and the pool area. Pool area had very little seating. Tile work in the entire hotel was horrible.
The whole hotel was poorly taken care of. You can tell the owners went cheap on the labor to remodel. Looks like they tried to use good materials, but everything looked poorly installed. Countertops for the room were very poorly built. Ours was cracked and glued back together. Bathtub wasn’t caulked properly poorly installed with giant caulking mistakes and lots of caulk missing. Toilet bolts were exposed and rusting out. Under sink plumbing was rusting out and all exposed. Towel hook was barely hanging on and unusable. Shower/bath drain was not installed right and didn’t work to stop water to use the tub. The sink was probably the only nice thing, but again, the drain wasn’t installed right and the water barely drained out because the plug wasn’t adjusted right.
Had the initial feel of a high end hotel when you walked into the front desk area. But that’s where it all stopped. Breakfast was ultra cheap and they ran out of juice early in the morning. Bagels were the size of the bagel bites and you couldn’t even toast them because they were too small. Sausage was terrible. They ran low on eggs. Putting very little out at a time. No bacon. No sausage and gravy. Waffle maker was in bad shape and required constant spraying with non-stick spray in order to get your waffle to come off (they had a sign saying this even!). That even went badly because someone must not have used enough spray so it was left caked on. Staff witnessed the mess left behind and said that the waffle maker will have to be cleaned, but no one cleaned it.

It was mostly quiet, and breakfast was ok
No extra pillows when asked for some, pull out bed was not made and no blankets available had to go out to lobby to get things to make the bed, pool was not working, staff was not the most pleasant to my kiddo seemed to be bothered when he asked questions. List could go on
The pool was nice. The woman who checked me out was very friendly and kind, otherwise the staff was MIA or rude.
Our room was musty and smelled funny, there was no fan in the bathroom so I’m sure that’s where the musty smell came from. The room wasn’t very clean either. Breakfast options were few and what was available wasn’t that great. More than anything we were mad we tried to book together and weren’t accommodated.
Hotel was fine. We got in late so did not get to stay long but the breakfast was decent.
The location was not in the nicest area. Not unsafe just industrial.

Outside area of hotel garbage was overflowing dumpsters. Just seemed a little messy, carpeting in room seemed dirty. Rest of room was decent.
