break fast was ok

Cons:

The night shift attendant was very rude. seems like he was bothered about us checking in. I would have left had it not been for my kids being sleepy. The bathroom drain was clogged. There was standing water that wouldn't drain. showere sink was very dirty.

Very dissapointing.

Size of TV.

Cons:

Toilet kept running. Some people were smoking pot right outside the pool doors and then someone let them in. They smelled like pot and all the families had to leave. The same group were outside smoking pot yelling at each other until 3 in the AM. When we told the desk manager, they did nothing. The hotel driveway was nothing but craters. Parking is difficult unless you have a small vehicle. The pillows were a joke and might as well not had any. This is a very low grade hotel.

I will never stay at that location again.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok.
The staff was rude and had terrible customer service I’ve never been treated so badly at a hotel before I literally cried and had a breakdown. I will never stay at that location again. The sad thing was it was the manager Angel and the Assistant Manager Liv that was soooo nasty to me. The new guy that started 2 weeks ago was nice to me and my kids. He worked 2nd shift. The managers were so mean to my kids Angel screamed at my 5 year old daughter. I made a report, I honestly hope something is done and this never happens to another guest again.

Cons:

The rudeness and disrespect.
There was no good customer service at all.

They were very accommodating and friendly.

The room was visually nice. The tea station was a nice touch. Very clean

Cons:

The first room we were put in had an extremely pungent pool and cleaning spray smell. Our lungs were irritated upon walking into the room. Staff explained the cleaning closet and pool being in close proximity was probably the reason for our experience. They gave us another room
