The location was excellent
The shower could use updating
Especially liked the continental breakfast. Food and drink offerings were excellent and lots of tables available. Also, liked the large swimming pool. And the location on Harbor Blvd made it easy (and cheaper) to catch an Orange County bus Rt 42 (bus stop a block away) to Disneyland/California Adventure. Also, enjoyed Joe's Ice Cream shop right next to the hotel (a must visit).

Love this Hotel! so clean and convenient. Everything is near by, convenient stores, Disneyland Park, restaurants you name it. The staff is so friendly and front desk was really nice!
The Hotel was close to Disneyland. Loved that they had the option to purchase shuttle bus tickets. The staff was very friendly and so helpful!! Breakfast was good. Felt safe that there was security on site. Located where there were plenty of places to eat
The bathroom was not very clean and the floors and carpet needed to be vacuumed. The shower head did not work. The worst part was the air conditioner!! It made this loud noise all day and all night. It sounded like it was going to explode. It kept waking my family up when we were trying to sleep!!!

Clean rooms
The parking situation was absolutely awful! Come into town to stay close to Disneyland and for vacation and can’t even find parking at night because of the ice cream shop next door! You can watch ppl park and leave going to the Italian ice shop while we drive around for 20 minutes to find a spot! We were at Disneyland all day, walk around for 12+ hours , tired and have to drive around looking parking after WE PAY TO PARK AT THE HOTEL. There are signs about no parking for the Italian ice shop but nothing else being done. We saw one car being towed. We watched multiple car parking there and leaving the lot to go next door as we drive around looking for a spot! We pay per day to park there and we have to driver around looking for a spot or chance parking at another hotel for us to get towed! It’s absolutely ridiculous and honestly after spending as much as we did for the vacation enough to not recommend this hotel or stay here again. There should be security actually watching cars and having them towed.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en familia. Las habitaciones fueron cómodas, los servicios del hotel muy buenos y la atención del personal fue agradable. En general, tuvimos una experiencia muy satisfactoria.
Aunque nuestra estancia en familia fue muy agradable, considero que el servicio de limpieza debería mejorar, ya que las habitaciones se limpian cada tercer día y no proporcionan agua embotellada de cortesía. Estos son detalles importantes que deberían tomarse en cuenta, especialmente por la categoría y el costo del hotel. Mejorar estos aspectos haría que la experiencia fuera mucho más satisfactoria.
Clean and comfortable room. Great warm water swimming pool and hot Jacuzzi spa. Delicious breakfast. Great location.. Will be coming back!
