Very nice hotel with great location. Quiet area and shuttle service is a definite plus.
Pros:

We always stay here because they offered shuttle service to and from Disneyland makes it very easy to come and go!! Sad to hear that they no longer have shuttle services.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

I have stayed there before and was given a complimentary “later check out” this time I called and asked for it and whomever answered was a little rude

If you like your sleep do not book this hotel at any cost !!
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, in a lovely place to get access to sights, parks etc……but

Cons:

Sadly the room we had although was an amazing king suite, with lovely balcony views over Anaheim and seeing the Disney fireworks…………the absolute reason we wouldn’t book again is that every night up until around midnight sometimes later but more so Friday and Saturday, young locals hang around the joes ice cream shop, but choose to park in the hotels car park (which we were paying $25 per night for), revving their cars, smoking weed which the smell unfortunately travelled onto balcony and into our room, shouting screaming to name some of what was happening. Their are huge queues both on foot and cars for the neighbouring ice cream shop which isn’t an issue in itself but the car queues seem to embrace a whole who can rev their wide exhaust car the loudest.
Our sleep was disturbed between 23:00 and midnight and the hotel kindly refunded our parking as we were not able to move rooms as compensation but we were told this happens every weekend and at least the weekdays are a bit better…..not a good situation for young families who have early park day starts.
We wouldn’t want this to impact anyone’s holidays.

Great location but they need to improve in the cleaning schedule.
Pros:

The location close to Disneyland, and shuttle is available.

Cons:

They did not clean my room in my 3 night stay. I had to request towels and toilet paper. The shower head did not work only the hand shower.

Great Hotel very clean. No complaints!
Pros:

Beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Right across the street from Disney. We went for a Fpag Football tournament not Disney. It thought it was cool to be so close. Walking distance to many restaurants and had everything we needed. Definitely will stay there again. Oh and a very good priced Hotel for all you get.
