El lugar muy tranquilo, la habitacion muy limpia y acogedora con ventiladores a disposicion, buena atencion por parte de Carlos Mario siempre dispuesto a guiarnos y ayudarnos en toda nuestra estadía.

Günstiges Zimmer mit aller notwendiger Grundausstattung

Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfbereit, immer vor Ort und hält den ganzen Tag alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer und die Küche sind ausreichend ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster Richtung eines mini Innenhofs. Es gibt weder im Zimmer, noch sonst einen gemütlichen Platz zum Sitzen.

Excelente lugar y amabilidad
Pros:

El señor Carlos es super amable, el lugar es muy bueno, la limpieza es excelente, la ubicación en laureles ayuda a estar cerca de todo, el señor también ofrece otros planes de forma segura para conocer en Medellín, queda en cima de una cafetería buenísima 24 horas y queda muy cerca de la 70 que es una zona de bares

Nos encantó todo súper limpio , cómodo y cerca del metro . Tienen agua caliente y servicios como lavadora y cocina . Gina nos atendió súper amable y está pendiente de nuestra llegada ya que llegamos con retraso .

Todo perfecto, el sitio mantenía limpio y las personas que trabajan allí las veíamos limpiando y manteniendo todo en orden constantemente.
