Todo estuvo a la altura.
El personal, Carlos nos atendió, es una persona excepcional. Nos dió acompañamiento todo el tiempo y su trato fue excelente.
El señor Carlos es super amable, el lugar es muy bueno, la limpieza es excelente, la ubicación en laureles ayuda a estar cerca de todo, el señor también ofrece otros planes de forma segura para conocer en Medellín, queda en cima de una cafetería buenísima 24 horas y queda muy cerca de la 70 que es una zona de bares
Solo la entrada está un poco escondida pero finalmente no es inseguro, ni feo, ni nada malo
Muy buen servicio la atención en lugar
Nos encantó todo súper limpio , cómodo y cerca del metro . Tienen agua caliente y servicios como lavadora y cocina . Gina nos atendió súper amable y está pendiente de nuestra llegada ya que llegamos con retraso .
Todo perfecto, el sitio mantenía limpio y las personas que trabajan allí las veíamos limpiando y manteniendo todo en orden constantemente.

Ubicat molt a prop d’una parada de metro en una zona tranquil·la.
1) hi havia una finestra trencada que no tancava i el carrer era molt sorollós, semblava que els cotxes estiguessin dins l’habitació. Ho vam notificar al personal i ens van dir que ho arreglarien i no va ser així durant les 3 nits que vam ser-hi.
2) ens van oferir canviar-nos d’habitació per tal de resoldre el problema del soroll, però quan estàvem a mig trasllat ens van dir que no podíem que estava reservada i que tornessim a l’habitació original. Finalment no va venir ningú a les altres habitacions que van romandre buides durant tota la nostra estada.
3) la dutxa anava molt malament, sortia poca aigua i la porta no tancava i s’inundava el lavabo.
La ubicación del hotel muy buena y las instalaciones me parecieron bien

I will never know
The administrator would not allow me to stay because I arrived too late for him. How can I know that the bus would take more time than needed because of heavy rainfall. He opened the door there was a room ready but because he thought it was more important to follow the rules without any flexibility he let me pay for a taxi to deny entrance at the door with all my stuff in Medellin Colombia I was happy that the taxi driver waited for me to bring me to another place. Never do a late booking at that hostal because even if you communicated with them an unfriendly administrator will send you away just to make a point! I you don’t want late bookings that those bookings out of the system!
No gusto nada muy buenas camas pero la atención pesima
La persona que es la auxiliar ahí un mal trato y no está apta para atender nos sacaron sin esperar respuesta de parte de nosotros me tocó salir de mi sitio de trabajo por qué me sacaron la familia
The location was perfect for my purposes.By foot, It is close to Unicentro Mall, Pueblito Paisa, Carrera 70 Avenue and "Centro de Convenciones Plaza Mayor".
The staff located us on the third floor and the roof was made in wood therefore we were boiling the first day, there was no air conditioner just one fan (machine). Additionally, the staff could have done better the booking management as they tried to cancel the booking the day I arrived at Medellin without any acceptable cause. There was no official 24 hour reception in the hotel so if you needed to leave your keys early in the morning to run the Medellin Marathon you must keep it with you.
