Good location near restaurants, Dave & Busters, grocery stores-some of these are within walking distance. Nice one bedroom-clean, good AC and water pressure. Good variety breakfast with the normal stuff but also nonfat Greek yogurt with nice fixings bar, cheese sticks, cold brew. 3-4 hot foods. Friendly staff. Pool, basketball court, rocking chairs, lots of shade in parking lot and a cute outdoor cat.
I’ve been staying at this Residence Inn on all my business trips to Wilmington for the past 8 years. It is my comfortable home away from home (which is Charlotte) and Bill has been influential on why I love staying here.
Bill is respectful, professional, and offers courteous customer service on every stay. It’s nice that he remembers my name and always exceeds expectations to ensure my satisfaction on my stay.

Lydia at the Front Desk went the extra mile for us! I needed more pots and pans and she was able to gather up what I needed! She was sincerely helpful and it made our stay a wonderful experience!

The location and the size of the suite
They only cleaned our room one time during our four night stay. I had to call to ask for clean towels because they skipped our room for no reason

Excellent location
The thermostat was old and not able to be set on a specific temperature. Around 72 degrees outside and falling had to switch back and forth from Cool to Heat.
Bill did a great job on reception when we checked in. The package we had booked was not prepared in advance of our arrival and Bill took ownership of the issue and not only arranged the substitution of the missing items in our pre booked package but contacted his manager to agree a reduction in our rate.
What started as a disappointment ended up as a total recovery and a very happy customer which shows it’s not what happens but how you react to it that determines customer satisfaction.

Clean and great customer service only problem it had one king bed and hideabeds I prefer two queens. Office said they don’t have rooms with two queens other than that excellent service nice staff very helpful and breakfast was wonderful it had everything from waffles to yogurt . Pool was sparkling and refreshing! They provided towels at pool area
