花9500元住宿雙人房，但卻是跟一群只付280-350元進來的遊客，共同時間使用共同設施，泡湯品質人超多，品質差到不行。 進去才發現只比非住客多卡茲樂園。如果在住宿或其他服務有比較優就算了，但完全沒有，住宿房間一般，用品一般，所以完全不推住

花9500元住宿雙人房，但卻是跟一群只付280-350元進來的遊客，共同時間使用共同設施，泡湯品質人超多，品質差到不行。
進去才發現只比非住客多卡茲樂園。如果在住宿或其他服務有比較優就算了，但完全沒有，住宿房間一般，用品一般，所以完全不推住宿，看起來川湯只想賺380的遊客，其他服務完全沒在管，人數也沒在管。所以超級不推昂貴服務又不好，體驗也不佳的住宿。

Pros:

遊樂設施挺好的，給小朋友放放電，又有水上玩樂設備， 溫泉池多樣化 ，蒸氣室有中藥與薄荷兩室 女桑拿（+菠蘿皮）相當用心經營，超滿意！讚...

Cons:

可惜淋浴間全用隔間淋浴，椅子也高不安全，建議用開放如日式湯屋，不要使用塑膠地板藏污納垢不好清洗，腳踩細菌帶入池中相當可怕不衛生，期待能改進

住宿很棒，但餐點可以再更好。
Pros:

1，位置：所在點很棒，地下室有空位都能停車。對面有康是美跟寶雅，巷口就是小七，走幾分鐘就是鬧區，吃喝購物都方便。

2，人員：櫃檯小姐跟房務小姐都很好，從一開始的主動幫升等湯屋，到後來協助換房。尤其是一位長髮，感覺較資深的櫃檯小姐，太感謝你了~讓我有個美好的旅程❤️

從11樓兩人房湯屋，幫換到5樓兩張大床的房型。

3，房間：很乾淨，打赤腳都可以~11樓湯屋超極大，有兩個浴池（但房間小），5樓房間空間感也很大（浴池也不小，可兩人同泡）。
當晚旅客+小孩很多，走廊清楚聽見嘻笑聲，但房內隔音效果確很好。

4，餐廳：菜色豐富多元，早餐能吃到13：00，連午餐都省了，不用趕著早起，很適合夜貓子的客人。晚餐時段三小時，也能慢慢享用，很讚。

Cons:

1，湯屋：面對街景大樓，上廁所不方便，窗簾要拉來拉去，不然會曝光（拉上房間又顯得昏暗，不拉心裡又有障礙...）#建議選擇面對礁溪車站的房型，視野超好！（退房時，剛好看見房務在打掃）

2，客房：電梯口昏暗，視覺不太好，不像親子樓層，燈光明亮與溫馨

3，餐點：很多是溫的，甚至冷的..
晚餐松葉蟹味道不夠新鮮，沒提供剪刀，食用不方便，詢問服務人員（微肉感的小姐），臉很臭，口氣很不好...連續跳針“沒有剪刀！沒有剪刀！”😒

還有，馬卡龍比巧克力還甜..

早餐稀飯是冷的...以為補出來的會是熱的，但也一樣是冷的。很多客人都在說：為什麼會是冷的...
