兒童球池裏的螢幕牆不是用球去丟的嗎？為何還要限制小孩要多小力去丟？不太理解也沒丟到人卻被投訴⋯
還有車子限制25公斤，卻有比我小孩（30公斤）還要更大隻的小孩去坐也沒被請下車⋯
兒童遊戲室每50分鐘清場一次，我們去過很多飯店都是中午和晚上各清潔一次即可⋯這樣小孩一直反映沒玩到什麼？

We loved the pool selection and numerous options available. The breakfast was outstanding. The wide selection was good. The late closing [open until 1pm] allowed us to spa before breakfast.

早餐選擇多樣，而且可以退房後再去吃，很方便，讓旅客不用匆忙吃飯退房～大眾溫泉池很多樣，房間隔音好，空間又大又舒適！工作人員都很有禮貌，態度跟服務都很好！

第一次入住，很大的房間，房內就有泡湯池很讚，spa池與泡湯池及兒童遊戲室可以無限次使用，媽媽及小孩們都很開心。
