The elevator wasn't working we had to use the stairs to the 4th floor . I found a small cockroach in the room... we did like the water park and the pool .. the breakfast was very good

Disappointed about this location , be careful if you book with Expedia they will send you a email after you booked with more fees and parking charge it’s the only Hotel around this area charging parking , water park it’s dirty, overpriced, disappointed with this Holiday inn

Friendly staff. We did not eat breakfast, too expensive. Wishing you had more chain or less expensive places to eat. Some things were closed. Overall it was great!

They told me they will refund me 2 days parking but never received

The first room we had was not clean at all. It looked like it had bed bugs. The bunk bed, top bunk mattress was wet, too. The manager was very accommodating. She even said it wasn’t up to standards.

Not ideal

Down the road from disney! Cleaned our room everyday and brought fresh towels. The only thing i didnt like was the paperthin walls! We could hear everything outside and from our neighbors room as well. Other than that it was perfect for our family and cheaper than a disney hotel.

Outdated property and very dirty. I have paid less for more. Definitely avoid. Very disappointed at the quality of the room. Very thin sheets on the bed. Rooms are dusty and dirty. I dropped my lipstick on the side of the dresser and when I moved the dresser to find it, there was about two inches of dust and hair stuck to the wall and my lip stick... They can have it now. Took my kids to the game room, and there were pills all over the floor, I had to fight one out of my two year old's hands. Looked down and there was a whole bottle of them spilled. Our neighbors kids kicked the wall until about 1am, and someone was smoking right outside the room all night, so the smell of smoke was heavy. Elevators are scarce, outdated, and the lines to use them are longer than any Disney World line I'd ever wait in. Spider webs have taken over the stairs, so choose wisely. Fail.

The condition of this property is absolutely horrible! The water equipment is rusted and falling apart all elevators do not work, the pool area is disgustingly gross you can smell the urine everywhere it’s ghetto pass on it

I felt a very bad smell on the room carpet

Rented cabana and furniture were full of mold, the cushions were gross, the tv in the cabana didn’t work, the mini fridge was dirty. Kids couldn’t enjoy the water jungle gym because they literally had to line up and wait their turn to go up and slide. Mind you there’s 6 slides and they only let 2 kids in at a time. Ridiculous. It was rusted, property is run down. Pizza was like cardboard. Place is over rated.

Not clean

Love that it has water slides. I had chose a 2 bedroom for the kids bunk beds need more circulation in the room got super hot in there. They were fast to fix my fridge when it wasnt working but messed my food order up and made me wait with half the order to get cold while the fix it.
