Location is good
Staff was not friendly at all. Acted like we were a bother to them.
A room next to us had loud music on until 3am on the first day. No one even cared. I complained the next day. The front desk attendant came over and asked them to turn it down, which they did for about 30min and then proceeded to play it until 4am. No one came back to check in on the situation.
The room felt dusty and dirty. Both of our allergies flared up and it was hard to breathe in there when AC was on.
When AC was off it still blew cold air from the outsideide so the temperature in the room would drop rapidly.
Not to mention the clicking sounds that AC made (while turned off) at random time intervals waking us up from already light sleep.
I opened the AC unit just to see a thick layer of dust covering the inside, including air filters. No one seems to be cleaning those things.
Someone was constantly slamming doors in the hallway.
Hallway smelled of cigarettes during the day and of cannabis at night.
Ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work.
On top of that, they want you to pay $3 for a tiny bottle of water that should be complimentary.
Close to Boston
Just two towels in the bathroom
Clean
Pl
It was very clean a spacious and the staff was very polite and professional .
Because I'm not from there the street to it was a little confusing, parking was way to far and I keep my card locked and wasn't made aware that they charge 1 dollar so the room I wanted was canceled so that was disappointing

Location was ok
I did not get the room that I booked for and I was not notified at the front desk that the one I booked for was not available and they will have to put me in a different room which ended up being a two queen size bed I have a very tall and big Husband that did not work for us at all
It’s clean
This hotel should honestly be condemned. If I could give it negative stars, I would.
Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was on the phone and completely ignored me—no acknowledgment, no “I’ll be with you shortly,” nothing. Another guest arrived after me, signed in, and was immediately helped next. I had to state that I was there first before I was finally assisted. No apology was given. I initially hoped this was an isolated incident, but it was not.
During check-in, the clerk handed me cookies and then informed me they contained nuts. I have a nut allergy and had to immediately hand them back. No alternative options were offered for guests with allergies.
The room itself was unacceptable. The bed felt like sleeping on a hard bench, the sheets appeared unchanged, the pillows were completely flat, and the lighting was extremely poor—even removing the lamp cover made no improvement. Parking is also an additional charge and completely unreasonable given the condition of the property.
Breakfast service raised even more serious concerns. An Asian female staff member offered us pre-made, frozen eggs, while white guests were clearly being served freshly made eggs. She also attempted to give us old cheese. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in—he was professional, kind, and made our breakfast fresh, including fresh eggs and fresh bread. I give him five stars for his service alone. Without him, the breakfast experience would have been unacceptable.
It was deeply concerning to feel treated differently after paying for a room that was already subpar. Breakfast was only acceptable because another employee took the initiative to provide proper service. I also overheard other staff members express concerns about her behavior.
I spoke with management before leaving and was told the issue would be addressed. I do not believe any corrective action was taken.
Overall, this experience reflects extremely poorly on the Hilton brand. This hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and not worth the money. The conditions, service, and treatment of guests are unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel
