Cons:

The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. The way I was treated made me feel unwelcome and possibly discriminated against. This is unacceptable for a brand like Hilton.

The room condition was also disappointing — the bedside lamp didn’t work, and there was a strong oily smell in the room that made it uncomfortable to stay in.

I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Great rooms a little in organized . I realize it is a storm but really
Pros:

We had a ice storm so they are open

Cons:

The free shuttle stopped running and we had to get an uber for 65 dollars
We also had breakfast included then the man told us it was 18 per person I showed him our reservation but he said he was still required to get signature

Overall pleasant and inviting. AC was superb for Texas heat. Thanks!!!!
Pros:

The breakfast was really good and portions were worth the cost. Staff in breakfast area were on top of keeping customers needs taken care of. Check in staff were over the moon helpful with whatever needed to be answered and so friendly. All that was missing was the red carpet. LOL

Great stay. Excellent accomadations!!’
Pros:

Easy to access location, ample parking, excellent lobby along with staff!!! Elevators could be updated but served its purpose. Room was clean and comfortable well rested and highly recommend!

Cons:

Breakfast was pricy and bland with low options but not a detractor in this case.

Excellent… except for the poor breakfast bar that was a 20 charge !!
Pros:

Clean well maintained, excellent view and surrounding grounds. Staff what limited contact I had was very pleasant. Top notch room with a view of the lake and a nice balcony.

Cons:

The main dislike I have is with the morning breakfast bar . It was stated in both the bookings.com and the Hilton app that it was free and I was billed 19.99 to my room for it and for that price it was rather underwhelming. That needs to be stated very clearly BEFORE guests are allowed to partake.
