Pros:

Location was very close to the UTA bus stop which could take you to Snowbird or Solitude/Brighton. Staff were always very friendly and willing to drive to/pick up from the shuttle.

Pros:

Location was close to the Canyons and in walking distance of restaurants.

Cons:

Noisy at pick times, early mornings and evenings.

It was a good location only 20 minutes from Alta, but the property was old and the facilities were average at best.
Pros:

Location, staff was very accommodating and nice, good breakfast

Cons:

The kitchen didn’t have an oven but was said to be a full kitchen. The fixtures, cabinets were cheap, no hooks, fireplace didn’t put out much heat, no drawers in. Bedrooms for clothes storage

Charged for a dog fee and we didn't have a dog!

Our check in was excellent and we were assured we would have a fully accessible room.

Cons:

When we checked out a day early, upon arriving home we received a new invoice from the hotel with a dog fee. We didn't have a dog with us. I called the hotel several times to resolve the additional charge. Each clerk told me they would find out and call me back. No one called me back ever. One clerk argued with me and she wasn't even there when we checked in or out.
