Plaka Arch Suites

Great location and loved the little breakfast nook to have your breakfast every morning. Also loved all the little things like bottle of wine, slippers, water bottle, tooth brush etc that they give you upon arrival. Would definitely recommend!!!!!!!!

Love the apartment. Very up to date with new everything. Centered in Plaka and surrounded by wonderful restaurants.

A quaint hotel in the heart of Plaka the old district. Walkable to the ancient sites. View of the Acropolis from our small balcony.
Not a pretentious property but clean, neat and you feel like your guests in someones home. Great ammenities.
The staff was fabulous and very attentive. They stored our bags for two nights before we arrived for a last minute to Santorini at no charge.
The owner has a gelato shop downstairs which was heavenly.
Walkable to the large Market place.
The only suggestion I would make is to install a handrail on the steps off the elevator.

Staff was friendly, greeted us upon arrival and brought us to our room. They gave us info and recommendations on the area. We did only stay one night as it was our last day before flying out. They offered to secure a taxi to the airport for us

This hotel is perfectly located to visit Plaka. Not high end but convenient.

Very clean rooms , excellent friendly staff , great location for walking around and exploring the area . Nice breakfast.

Lovely room with its own private rooftop patio & jacuzzi…. Robes, wine etc etc We loved it!! Than is was a friendly & helpful host. We recommend Plaka Arch !!!!

We spent two nights at this lovely hotel! The location was unbeatable - super close to metros, restaurants, and the historic highlights. Rooms were very clean and more spacious than expected. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Plaka Arch Suites. The attention to detail and staff friendliness were superb. The hotel was in a fantastic location with stunning views of Acropolis from our private terrace with hot tub. Breakfast was amazing and cooked to order. Thanos, the hotel manager, was extremely accommodating and let us check in earlier. He also arranged transportation back to airport. We will only stay at Plaka Arch Suites if ever back in Athens. Highly recommend!!!

The Excelsior Terrace Dream Suite wonderful -- was just as advertised, but note that the terrace is on the roof top up a set spiral stairs. It was great and fairly secluded, and not difficult to access, as long as you can handle stairs. The hotel is in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, but on the edge of that busy district, so not as loud a neighborhood as those more central to nightlife.

Look it is hard to rate the property, George was excellent host however there is no reception and no staff, apart from that the room I was upgraded too was excellent the so clean, for the price the stay was great.

Reception is the gelato shop. Very clean, big and remodeled room. Beautiful neighborhood with restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff, good breakfast with hot order to made omelets.
The only thing is there is no access to rooftop or hot tub unless you book the top floor.

My husband and I went with 2 other couples. We each had our own rooms and we all loved our stay at Plaka Arch Suites. It was clean and in a great location. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Location was fantastic, lots of restaurants and easy walking distance from everywhere. Very clean and modern, my only disappointment was I had thought, looking at the photos, there was access to the roof terrace for all guest and when i looked at the small print it is only from one of the rooms

Warm welcome, lovely spacious room with every amenity you could wish for. Huge balcony with Acropolis view. Great location & delicious ice-cream right by the entrance!
