We had a truly wonderful stay at The Springfields Kandy Hotel, 175/Springfield, Gannoruwa, Peradeniya, Kandy, Sri Lanka, visiting as a family with my wife and daughter.
From the moment we arrived, Manager Russel Abraham and his excellent team made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, each with a private bathroom and a balcony that opens out to spectacular, breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
The food was a real highlight — delicious Sri Lankan and Western dishes, freshly prepared and served exactly at the times we requested, which was greatly appreciated. The laundry service was also excellent: efficient, reliable, and of a very high standard.
The location is ideal, making it a perfect base for visiting all the sights of Kandy and the surrounding areas, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing environment.
We highly recommend The Springfields Kandy Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, great food, and unforgettable views. A truly excellent place to stay.

The staff were extremely friendly, especially Mr. Russel and the helpful uncle.
The food portions were both generous and absolutely delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was delightful.
Prices were very fair, and they even treated us to free mangoes for dessert!
The location is beautifully serene and peaceful.

The accommodation was high end
We decided to book outside the city of Kandy and really enjoyed the wonderful location. But bear in mind you are quite a distance from amenities.
Having said that Russel saw to our every need and provided a wonderful meal on arrival and breakfast and a wonderful laundry service ata a very reasonable price.
The view is amazing, and the room is spacious
The host is nice
-It's far from the city everywhere u want to go, u need to have a tuktuk, and since it's far from the city, they keep canceling and one night no one accepted the drive so we stayed at the hotel.
-It's a bit scary at night 🌙
-The room wasn't that clean, especially the bed sheets and cover
-For me I had allergies from the incense they keep in the house.
-There is no shampoo
