They did not change the sheets or pillowcases. They left the towels on the floor in the bathroom. and they
Stole my wife’s half a bottle of perfume.

although the room was serviced the smell was terrible the shades were ripped rug was dirty smelt musty was notified workers were going to seal windows the next few days always had great experiences with this hotel chain but give this one thumbs down

Nice quiet room and only thing was that one elevator was working and the breakfast could of had more options. The sausages were only cooked and maybe add in patties. Over all clean and nice size rooms

Pros:

229 had a stinch/ musky odor, no vent in bathroom. The microwave didnt work. Ppl over me made lots of noise. I had to go to front desk and have them draw that to their attention. Upon leaving, both elevators were out of service,a big safety concern. Ive never been in a hotel that that guests were so ill mannered. More varieties for breakfast would have been nice. Prayfully, I wont advise this as a first chice. Nice area , close to SeaWorld in which that was my purpose of this visit.
