Pros:

What I liked most about the property was the incredible hotel room and its breathtaking sea view. Waking up each morning to panoramic ocean vistas directly from the bed was unforgettable, and the private balcony provided the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the water. The room itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern amenities and a luxurious bed. I also loved hearing the gentle sound of the waves at night, which made the entire stay feel like a peaceful, relaxing escape

Perfect location close to la marsa , sidi boussaid.
20 min to the capital of tunis .

Cons:

It was too loud for 2 night we couldn't sleep until the party finish at 7 am .

Keine funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer..kein garantierter Parkplatz für Hotelgäste, Frühstück manchmal sehr mangelhaft. Kaffeemaschine oft außer Betrieb, dann keinen Kaffee gehabt. Hab extra für gute Sicht zum Meer gezahlt und Monate vorher an die Unterkunft die Bitte (im Oberen Stockwerk ) geschrieben, sogar eine Woche vor de Ankunft nochmal. Bekommen habe ich die zweit schlechteste Sicht : eine Terrasse war vor meinem Balkon. Obwohl das Hotel in der Woche ziemlich leer war und genug Zimmer mit Balkon direkt zum Meer, ohne Terrasse davor, vorhanden waren. Man bot mir ein Zimmer auf der unteren Ebene an,.in dem es allerdings nach Schimmel gestunken hatte. Meine Reservierung und mehrmals Bitte war: obere Etage mit sehr guter Sicht zum Meer. Fernseher nur arabische Kanäle ohne Musiksender oder andere Doku-, Movie-kanäle...

Pros:

The location + the beauty of the hotel far exceeded my expectations! the room was big with modern finishings and a small fridge. The staff was helpful and friendly especially Saber and Aziz. I was so blown away by everything and I ended up extending my stay.
