Pros:

L'établissement en lui même est beau et idéalement situé mais il n'est pas ou peu entretenu.
On ressent que par le passé cet établissement était très bien mais à l'heure actuelle on voit que la direction ne fait pas grand chose pour le remettre en conformité.

Cons:

L'accueil est aléatoire.
Les différents réceptionnistes sont plus ou moins compétents,c'est à se demander si ils ont une formation en hôtellerie.
Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment minime,pas du tout à la hauteur pour un sois disant 4 étoiles.
Et le meilleur pour la fin,la fameuse piscine intérieure.Durant notre séjour la piscine était selon les hésitations du personnel en maintenance jusqu'à la veille de ne départ elle était apparemment accessible,quelle joie pour mon fils de 10 ans de pouvoir enfin se baigner dans cette fameuse piscine mais la baignade n'a jamais eu lieu.
Un bassin plein de moisissures visibles,aucun système de pompe active donc aucun renouvellement de l'eau,un chat qui court après un rongeur tout autour de la piscine,bref un établissement qui ne respecte pas ses engagements.

Le Personnels est fabuleux
Pros:

La chambre et l'emplacement sont exceptionnels
Mais un grand merci au réceptionniste et la directrice qui sont toujours au petit soin avec nous

L'emplacement se situe dans un quartier très festif donc peut être le bruit au alentour de l'hôtel

Pros:

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit bei jedem Problem. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und man hatte Meerblick. Wenn man die Treppe vom Hotel hinuntergeht, ist man am Strand. Ich hoffe, bald wiederzukommen.
