Good location. Comfortable bed.
The room was clean and plush. Easy to access
Great rooms, very clean, staff very helpful
Didn't have any issues
Nothing
Booked this hotel stay over 8 months ago with a Visa/debit card, only to arrive and be told that they needed an “actual” Visa card. Unreal!
Better than expected in all aspects.
Mostly good price and location
Absolutely nothing.
Don’t let the photos online or the nice vibe in the lobby fool you..this stay was a complete nightmare.
The website showed bright, updated rooms, but what I actually got was a dark, outdated room with old, disgusting carpet that felt uncomfortably damp and damaged, beat-up furniture. The entire place was filthy: spills splattered on the walls, baseboards scuffed up, and hair left behind in the bathroom. To top it off, the room smelled terrible, the shower didn't even have hot water, and the beds were so hard you could feel the springs digging into you.
There was zero to do since the hotel bar was completely closed. Paying $175 for a single night was already an absolute rip-off for these conditions.
The only positive part of the entire experience was the front desk staff, who were genuinely friendly and polite. Otherwise, this place is dirty, misleading, and completely rundown. Save your money and stay far away.
Ample parking and the onsite restaurants were a great bonus.
The hours of the restaurants weren’t great. Rooms could use some updating
Breakfast was delicious & great .
We used to like staying there alot a few years ago but then we switched hotels.
Room kind of smelled like stale cigarette smoke.
Damage deposit is high. I certainly understand why that could be since some people have no respect.
The young lady at the desk whom we checked in with was not very friendly or nice for that matter.
