Location and the decoration.

Our bath did not drain well at all.

Overall we had a very good stay and would likely return but price is the determining factor.
Pros:

Check in and check out were very fast. Staff were all very friendly and competent.

Cons:

Prices in the restaurant were a bit expensive. Room price was a little high also. We stayed in Norcan for considerably less in a comparable facility.

We enjoyed our stay for what little we used.
Pros:

The order in breakfast was good and also the light evening dinner we ordered to our room was good and prompt.
The bed was good I slept in and thepull out couch Bob used did work when I finally called and got an extra blanket.

Cons:

We really wanted a walkin shower but they only have them with one bed.

Pros:

The location is great, and our vehicle is always safe there.

Cons:

Our room was supposed to be ready for 3pm, so we travelled nearly 5 hrs to be there for a few mins after 3pm, as we had a timetable to follow for the whole evening and it wasn’t ready until nearly 4pm…we weren’t offered a discount or even a lounge or restaurant credit. Our room was comfort and clean, it just set out plans back and off schedule.

Great place to stay
Pros:

I liked that it was clean and comfortable. Great location for medical appointments. Great staff. The food was excellent as was the decore in the bar.
