Una mala experiencia
Pros:

Mal, porque se reservo y luego cuando llame para llegar al hotel, me informaron que ya no había nada disponible en el hotel. Una falta de respeto con el cliente, porque para eso se reserva con tiempo

Pros:

Nunca nos recibieron ,dijeron que no tenían convenio con hoteles.com u otra aplicación,al llegar la reservación q hicimos nos dijeron q no era valida
