Goctamarca Lodge

Un véritable coup de cœur ! Tout était tout simplement parfait. Nous avons été totalement transportés par la beauté de l’endroit et son calme absolu. Chaque habitation donne sur un paysage somptueux à couper le souffle tellement c’est beau. Les chambres sont magnifiques et très confortables. Egalement, les propriétaires et le personnel sont d’une très grande gentillesse et donnent beaucoup d’attention. Bref nous y étions tellement bien que ça nous a coûté de devoir partir.

The lodge is really beautiful. You have amazing views and everything is clean and modern.
The staff is so warming and caring. They cook amazing lunch and dinner. Breakfast was also one of the best we had in all our accommodations in Peru.

Felt like we had graduated to the Garden of Eden. Andrew is incredibly accessible and resourceful and allowed us to have a three day experience in all sensory domains - and then some - that we can not wait to build on. Absolutely no complaints. You will NOT regret the decision to make the trek.

The views and the rooms

This is an absolutely beautiful stay in what feels like (and is) a private little spot among the hillside! The porch is perfect, every meal was perfect, views from the room & and bathroom are amazing. Great WiFi from inside the room also. The attendant/chef was amazing and the whole experience felt very personable. They were even able to assist with taxi services. Very close to the start of the Gocta falls hike. Walking around can be tough due to the altitude, but absolutely worth it.

The location is amazing and the view towards the waterfalls unbelievable.

Idyllic. This place is paradisiac. No word to describe the feeling to wake up with this wonderful view, and sound of the colibris. The room is super clean, water is hot, bed is really confortable, private terrasse is amazing. I loved the decoration, natural pure atmosphere.
The staff is super kind, they offered me to shower and rest after a big hike when i came back in late afternoon while i had check out in the morning.
Breakfast and dinner were amazing, fresh home made food.

Great view, independent lodge surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees, only thing you can hear are the birds chirping and water running somewhere far away. So peaceful and relaxing. Delicious homemade meals using local ingredients. Very caring and helpful staffs. There was a road construction and some hours were inaccessible by car but it wasn’t troublesome, was easy to adapt our schedule to visit archeological sites. Highly recommended!

Lovely cabins, very private, great views. Bed was incredibly comfortable and overall the room was impeccably clean. Staff were very friendly and the breakfasts and dinners were tasty home cooking. Highly recommend.

Stunning views from our lodge in a truly unique setting. The design of the room made the most of the view of the waterfall, being able to see it from the bed in the morning. The food was also delicious with local Peruvian dishes and ingredients. The staff were all very helpful and we also loved the two dogs and one cat!

This property is amazing! Such a beautiful and peaceful area, the accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and luxurious. Breakfast was made to order by an onsite cook. Bathroom was nice and clean, soap is provided. Location is great - right beside the trail leading to the Gocta waterfall. All in all I highly recommend.

The staff was so accommodating and helpful. It was the perfect place to relax after a 2 week river trip. Beautifully maintained space with amazing views and lovely gardens.

Views, location, food, hosts and accommodations were incredible. It’s a place that allows you to take a deep breath and just relax. The hardest part is leaving. I would 100% recommend anyone that is in the area to stay.

Amazing property, waterfalls views, host, and service. We loved our stay. The host has obviously invested in amenities, construction of the lodges, and employs very caring and kind staff. We loved waking up every morning looking at the waterfall and eating all our home cooked and local meals. We would stay again 100%. Thank you, and thank to your lovely team, this was one of our most memorable Peru experiences.

The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious. The scenery was stunning, and the bungalow was very comfortable.

This property is a true gem. The room was beautiful, simple, clean, and comfortable, with truly the most incredible view of the Gocta waterfall. It was quiet and peaceful, set apart from other hotels, but within an easy walk to Cocachimba. The food was amazing, and they gave us different options to choose from each day. Watching hummingbirds flit around while drinking coffee and looking out at the waterfall each morning was a highlight of our time in Peru. We have nothing but positive things to say!

You wake up in the middle of a paradise. Very comfortable and spacious lodges with a spectacular view at the waterfall.
The staff was very friendly and kind, helping whenever needed.
Also the meals prepared for us were super delicious.
