Quiet, new hotel, far from the city center, excellent service
Pros:

A nice hotel, clean, with windows that can be opened for fresh air. The wonderful receptionist, Kate, explained everything and made our stay a memorable experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pillows did not allow for a good night’s sleep. I think it would be better to have a variety of sizes rather than four identical HUGE pillows, as everyone has different preferences. Also, in my room—or somewhere nearby—the boiler would turn on every half hour, which was very noticeable during the night. For someone like me, after experiencing the war in Ukraine, this almost triggered a panic attack, with flinching and fear… My room was 806, although this may happen in other rooms as well, I’m not sure

And of course, the location is for a specific taste. The hotel is far from the city center… a taxi took me 30 minutes and cost €25.

Pros:

Amazing view!!
The stuff was very nice, location is far from the city, but easy to access. Can’t complain as i knew the location before we booked it.

Cons:

This is not 4 star hotel service anymore. There wasn’t even water in the room. No toiletries, no coffee machine, no hairdryer.

Très bon séjour au calme. L'hôtel est vraiment agréable.
Pros:

Aucun bruit, c'est très appréciable ! Le personnel est très avenant et le petit déjeuner très complet.

Cons:

Il n'y a qu'une ligne de bus pour accéder au centre ville, avec un peu de marche pour y aller, mais ça se fait bien malgré tout.

No geral gostei bastante do hotel, muito confortável e muito bem decorado.

Cons:

No ultimo dia da minha estadia, cheguei ao hotel e a porta do quarto estava aberta (encostada, bastava empurrar para qualquer pessoa conseguir abrir) e as luzes do quarto acesas. Fui imediatamente falar com os funcionários e a questão foi desvalorizada. Na manhã seguinte, voltei a tentar falar acerca da situação, mas os funcionários sempre desvalorizaram o facto de a porta do quarto ter ficado aberta, uma vez que nada tinha sido roubado do quarto. Isto fez-me sentir que a situação era recorrente, e deixou-me com uma sensação de insegurança relativamente a toda a minha estadia.
