I think that could be some safety things put into practice such as having families with small children and Senior adults on lower floors in case of emergency or fire as it's hard for elderly people or families with small children to get downstairs. There needs to be fresh air or air conditioning in the elevators in case they got stuck because it is very warm in the elevators.

Front desk was nice and always greeted us daily.

Cons:

It looks clean but we saw bed bugs and a roach in our room. Our stay was for two nights and we have kids. No time to complain.

Lovely, Comfy Place to Stay
Pros:

Hyatt Place, Waco South is a wonderful location to stay at. Clean, safe, comfortable rooms and courteous, professional staff. Mostly a quiet, laid back vibe. A pleasant place to relax.

Pros:

Shower head has extremely low pressure. Difficult to rinse my entire body since the pressure was so low and the shower sprayer offers no dismounting system.
