Pros:

Well we had been up since 3 am. We were tired, hungry, and wanted a cocktail. I searched through hotels.com to find a place in Waco that possibly had a restaurant and bar. The Hyat had it all according to hotels.com. it didn't have a restaurant, and the bar consisted of cans of beer. Otherwise it was nice

Thank you Hyatt staff 🙏 we need more places like this, quiet, clean and spacious. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We got there after midnight we just needed to let them know. thank you the room was very pleasant, spacious and clean ❤️🙏

This hotel chain never disappoints - the room are immaculate, the service is incredible, and the breakfast is delicious. I particularly love their sitting area in the lobby. I had to do some work before heading back on the road and its nice to have a cozy spot to do so. And it is convenient to lots of restaurants. Will definitely stay there again if i find myself in Waco once more!
