Pros:

Everything!! Staff members are very welcoming and helpful, the facility smells good as soon as you step in, elevators smell too and were clean, the room was nice an clean coffee area clean and always ready.

Cons:

That we have to come back so soon!

The bathroom door in our room couldn't shut, was stuck on bottom. Shower head didn't hang right, would fall at slightest touch
