On our last day at 2:45 at night there was a fire alarm because someone was smoking in their room. We were trying to find someone from staff, so they could help us and explain what’s happening and long story short - we didn’t find anyone, because there was no one. We were really trying to call the 24/7 line, so someone from the hotel stuff would answer - the line was busy. So someone called the police and firefighters, because the alarm was still on ( at 3 at NIGHT!!!). At this point, we were still trying to call the hotel line and no one was answering (STILL). Good thing that it was a false alarm, but what if it was something serious? What if it was a real fire? The hotel needs to do better. Also the pictures and reality don’t match. Our furniture was old, the bed was broken, bathroom was really dirty. Shower cabin was dirty (some yellow stuff) and all door handles were broken (literally all of them). For 3 nights we played 300 euros for 3! And for this kind of hotel it is really too much and next time we’ll just choose something else for our stay, unless there will be some changes in handling situations like these and renovating the hotel.

A strange vinegar smell in the room and on the sheets was disturbing. Probably from the cleaning products.

Vonios kambaryje nuolat jaučiamas pelėsio kvapas, sugedusi dušo galvutė, todėl vanduo bėgo labai silpnai. Labai mažas pusryčių pasirinkimas..

Monotonne śniadania, codziennie to samo, głośny hałas klimatyzatorów za oknem, brak suszarki o którą trzeba było się upomnieć, hałas z korytarza przez drzwi, wypadające wtyczki z kontaktów, nie działające gniazdko prądu w łazience, woda z bojlera która szybko robiła się zimna podczas kąpieli co w przypadku dwóch osób tym bardziej jest problemem, wysłużony stan pokoju. Podczas pobytu włączył się alarm przeciwpożarowy co się zdarza, ale przyjazd policji po 40 minutach, a później dopiero straży pożarnej dyskwalifikuje dla mnie to miejsce. Alarm okazał się przez dym papierosa w jednym z pokoi, ale personel nawet w trakcie ewakuacji nie zainteresował się czy są wszyscy bezpieczni.

Wenig Informationen zu Beginn, Hektisches und Lautes Arbeiten beim Frühstücken zu wenig Plätze, nach Feueralarm um 2 am kein Personal anwesend, nach über einer Stunde durften wir wieder ins Gebäude, das Management hat sich weder entschuldigt noch bedankt für die Kontaktaufnahme zur Polizei und Feuerwehr, Ausstattung in den Zimmern könnte durch Nachttisch,lampen und Stecker für die Telefone verbessert werden.

The only thing I would say is , some idiot set the fire alarm off smoking at 1:30am one night . The fire brigade and police came but didn't get us back to bed until 4am. The hotel did apologise which I appreciated saying that the alarm was connected directly to the local police and fire service.

However it seemed to me like the fire alarm had never gone off before at that time of night ,as the 8 police officers couldn't turn it off and the fire brigade took ages to turn it off when they arrived.

I just think it would benefit having a staff member on a night shift in case that happens, as they could have reset the alarm quickly and had everyone back in bed within 15 mins, or even some instructions on how to reset the alarm on reception if no staff member is present .

It didn't bother me but the weather wasn't great and seeing a lot of sleepy children out in the cold for that length of time was a bit unnecessary. Love the hotel and I had a great time so I'm not marking them down for it .

δεν υπηρχε 24ωρη ρεσεψιον. 2:30 τα χαραματα επαιζαν συναγερμοι σε ολο το κτηριο περναμε τηλεφωνο στο τηλεφωνο που μας εδωσαν και δεν απαντουσε κανενας. εκκενωσαμε μονοι μας το ξενοδοχειο και μειναμε εξω στο δρομο για αναμησι ωρα. ηρθε αστυνομια και πυροσβεστικη αλλα ουτε ενας απο το προσωπικο του ξενοδοχειο. η αστυνομια μας ειπε οτι καλουσαν στο τηλεφωνο το νουμερο του ξενοδοχειου ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΑΠΑΝΤΟΥΣΕ ΚΑΝΕΝΑΣ. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!! επισης το πατωμα ηταν κολλωδες δεν ξερω πως σφουγγαριζαν και γινονταν μαυρες οι καλτσες με 5 βηματα. αηδια
