Really nice facilities, exactly as it looks in the pictures. Clean rooms, nice pool facilities and really nice breakfast. Huge plus the washers and dryers if you travelling many days and need to do your laundry

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast had good choice. The pool was relaxing and clean. But my favourite points was the coffee machine available all day and the water and snacks available freely all day was a great point. Staff were very helpful and booked our elephant sanctuary experience. We are a family of 5 and staff managed to put our rooms next door to each other which was perfect. Location was perfect as was just outside of the main part of town so easy to walk to but nice and peaceful as we weren't in the hustle and bustle of it all.
only downside was the pollution in chiang mai due to the farmers burning the fields in April. Only negative to the hotel was that there is only 1 key card per room.
