Great place to stay
Pros:

The front desk guy was so amazing. We really loved him. He was so friendly and kind. The room was clean and nice. Not run down at all

I like the variety of food on the complimentary breakfast buffet, everything was delicious. I was so pleased with the service Angela from the buffet area was awesome and informative she went above and beyond. Thank you Angela.

Good stay once we discovered the actual location of the hotel.
Pros:

It's hidden in a shopping center across the street from the Talking Stick resort.

Cons:

We were very confused because the web page described it as "Talking Stick Resort Hotel" and then, in a separate line it said "Staybrige Suites by IHG." We were misled into thinking we'd booked a hotel at the resort. When we arrived the Talking Stick Resort staff told us where the hotel actually was.

We loved staying at the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Scottsdale again.
Pros:

The location was superb. It is near a supermarket, restaurants, a movie theater, and some other attractions. We stayed at the king suite bedroom with a sofa bed and a complete kitchen is also available in the room. It was clean, quiet and spacious for the three of us. The receptionist were friendly, and particularly one man was really helpful when I needed help to turn on the stove in the kitchen. The breakfast was simple but good enough. The laundry is available for free which is a bonus.

Cons:

The bathtub drainage was a clogged so my husband needed to clean it first. After that it was fine.

Best staff in town!
Pros:

The staff at this location is the absolute best! There was a mix up with our reserved room, but Cedric and Micah went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best it could be. Clean, comfy rooms and great service, why would you stay anywhere else?
