Pros:

Lage sehr gut, alte renoviertes Gebäude, viel Flair; vor dem Haus ein "Selbstbedienungsgeschäft", sehr angenehm. Betten gut; jedes Appartment anders und individuell. Frühstück im nahegelegenen Hotel zum Goldenen Löwen ist sehr ok, guter Hotelstandard.

Cons:

Erdgeschoß: Zimmer riechen immer wieder nach Abfluss. Speziell Raum 501 hat Aufmerksamkeit des Hausmeisters gebraucht (vielleicht schon behoben).

Für diesen Preis hatten wir definitiv mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Altstadt und viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Unsere Betten waren superbequem.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist extrem spartanisch. Ein Weinglas, keine weiteren Gläser bei Ankunft vorhanden. Keine tiefen Teller, keine Esslöffel, kein Kochtopf vorhanden. Das Getränkefach im Kühlschrank abgebrochen, lag einfach in einer Schublade im Küchenschrank. Der Verschluss für das Spülbecken in der Küche nicht vorhanden, man kann nur unter fließendem Wasser spülen, Kein Spülmittel und auch kein Spülläppchen vorhanden.
Die Wohnung an sich sehr schön möbliert und dekoriert. Das liebevolle Händchen für Details fehlt leider.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis selbst an den Weihnachtstagen

Lage ist gut, Parkplätze vorhanden. Super schönes geräumiges Bad!

Cons:

Ein Appartement sollte zumindest einen Esstisch haben. Lediglich ein niedriger Couchtisch ist vorhanden. Die Küche war äußerst dürftig ausgestattet. Kein vernünftiges Messer, keine Salatschüssel, keine Mikrowelle, keine Kaffeemaschine, absolut minimalistisch!
Das Gefrierfach hatte undefinierbare Verschmutzungen, im Kühlschrank gibt es keine Fächer und selbst das Fach für Flaschen war entfernt. Für die Ausstattung viel zu teuer!
Zudem bekam ich zuerst ein normales Zimmer zugewiesen obwohl ich ein Appartement gebucht hatte.
