Very good in general just need to take care of small details to become perfect

Stayed two different nights at this property. When looking for hotel, I had to take into consideration parking for my rental vehicle. I had previously stayed at a hotel near the central market area and I knew vehicles are taken else where off site.

This hotel had parking on site and is covered with your stay. They have staff that take your vehicle and bags for you.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was allowed an early check in on my second stay. Hotel was very modern but had they were able to incorporate the old Spaniard style of architecture to their building.

Also included was a delicious breakfast, which is a buffet style of breakfast on the weekends.

While the staff is kind and friendly, I would suggest knowing some Spanish or using a translation program to help communicate with them.
Overall, enjoyed my stay at this hotel and loved that all the main tourist attractions were only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel (with as much eating as I did, the walking was much needed).

Great hotel close to many great places you can walk to the food place across the street was great. Staff was so nice and welcoming will definitely go back

Hotel valet damaged our rental car, acknowledged they would cover the damages, completely ignored our calls/emails when they assumed responsibility. We ended up paying the damages to the rental vehicle. Will never stay a this place again and do not recommend for the lack of communication and responsibility.

El ruido de la calle en las habitaciones es terrible. Pareciera que duerma a la intemperie pues la calle tiene mucho tráfico de camiones. Le falta personal para restaurante, el servicio es muy lento.

Moderno, excelente servicio, a minutos del centro de Gto., estancia muy agradable.

El hotel me pareció una muy buena elección, ya que caminando puedes llegar a todos los sitios de interés de Guanajuato.
El estacionamiento es muy bueno.
Habitaciones cómodas y con bonita decoración. Sí volvería a venir y lo recomiendo para hospedarse .

The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and it is within walking distance to the downtown.

Definitivamente volveriamos a Indigo, un hotel con excelente ubicacion , limpieza y en general todo muy bien. tiene su propio estacionamiento lo cual te ayuda mucho.

Staff is super attentive and friendly, specially Ruben at the front desk. Ruben was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Todo estuvo excelente, limpieza, comodidad, excelente atención, nos hicieron sentir muy agusto y con muchas ganas de regresar pronto, lo único es que los pasillos de las habitaciones están congelados… da frío, como que tienen demasiado fuerte el clima.

Excellent location. Within walking distance of main attractions. Staff was excellent. Restaurant at the hotel (La Mirla) did not have great food.

Excelente atención, los cuartos bonitos, limpios, muy cerca del centro para vivir toda la experiencia de Guanajuato. El perosnal siemrpe fue muy amable y te dan un atención muy buena la verdad.
