Keyless entry and door locks can be a little tricky to get used to especially after a long day of Honky Tonking lol
I liked the location, it was walking distance to local broadway street, bars and restaurants. I liked the suite style of our room with the kitchen. The decor is nice and staff was nice. They held our bags in the office for us after checkout.
Our room was never cleaned even after scheduling through the app. The mobile door key took a few tries to work each time. The wifi was slow. Water bugs in the lamp shades and bathroom. The standard rooms have no windows so you have to be okay with that. Rooftop bar tenders need more training on cocktail mixology. Construction and obviously the outside noise from vacationers and clubs could be alot for some. I was fine with it but my fiance couldn't sleep.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. Beautiful decor, so close to everything but yet quiet enough to sleep. Girls trip with my sisters and bonus mom. Staff was amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Room was super spacious and amenities were awesome. Felt super safe. Highly recommend. We will be back.
Location is fantastic. Clean rooms. Nice kitchenette. Not enough storage space for 4 adults. There was a small dresser for a nightstand with only 2 drawers and a hanging rack, no closet. The hallways smelled like the weirdest heavy duty chemicals.
As nice as the employees are, this hotel is far from being considered a luxury hotel. When we first arrived, we were given the wrong room from what we reserved and what is shown on the website. There was something else wrong that was handled when we went to the concierge, however the experience didn't get better when we were taken to the "upgraded room". The loft from the online photos may seem nice, but it is not well taken care of. From holes in the pipes, multiple holes on the exposed brick, wood and paint chipping on the beams above the bed, and a horrible musty smell within the room that didn't go away the whole day. It was so bad to the point we were willing to get another hotel, and just stay here the last night (since we were attending a concert at nissan stadium). We decided to check out the skydeck even though we were there when it wasn't in service, and the view was pretty, but we noticed the liquid for the frozen drinks were still in the containers, out in the sun when there was a heat advisory going on for that week.
In the end we couldn't take the smell, and the discomfort of sleeping under the pillars that have not been taken care of. We ended up booking another hotel, and the employees were sweet enough to give a refund for our stay, but I still wanted to put this out here for others to see that the photos provided on the website do NOT match the actual room.
Beautiful rooms, easy check-in check out , very close to downtown, very nice rooftop deck, will be nice when the food is available to purchase. AND Loved the coffee machine at the elevator!
Perfect location; beautiful and clean room! Appreciate the coffee bar and any extra requests are always met! We had so much room for 6 in the duet loft!
The location is wonderful! Directly across from a parking garage. Walk out the door and you have the restaurants and bars you need.

The hotel itself is self is a unique mix of hotel and Airbnb.
We had two families in our group- 3 adults, 2 nineteen year olds, and 2 fifteen year olds. It was tight but doable.
This was a wonderful stay! We wish we'd planned more than 1 night. The room was spacious and the balcony view of the river was very nice. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the location was perfect for a night out in Planters Alley.
We really enjoyed our stay at Studio 154 Hotel.The loft was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The location was absolutely amazing—right in the middle of everything, with restaurants, souvenir shops, entertainment, and great views just steps away. It was the perfect place to stay while exploring Nashville, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Loved this place and would highly recommend. Rooms are really cool with high ceilings and exposed brick. Sky bar is great with a beautiful view of the city. Staff were super friendly, location is perfect and I would definitely staff here again on my next trip to Nashville.
