Чистота в номере, вкусная еда, быстрое обслуживание, приятные менеджеры на ресепшене.

Cons:

Номер дали сбоку здания, тонкие стены, слышно соседей, слышен звук телевизора после 22-30 час. В один из дней не было днём горячей воды. Не работал фен. Не было в номере кофеварки и чайника, хотя принесли быстро.

Zentrale Lage und schöne Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer (Suite) mit stilvollen Möbeln. Gratis Tee/Kaffee und Obst im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, nettes Schwimmbad. Ideale Lage am Beginn der Fußgängerzone und gegenüber einer Heilquelle.

Overall, it was a good stay for two nights. However, I would not recommend this hotel if you are planning to spend more
Pros:

Central location. The sauna. Some days the breakfasts and dinners were very good.

Cons:

The spa area is quite small and appears larger in the hotel’s photos than it actually is.

One downside is the lack of on-site parking. If you arrive during a public holiday, when the city is crowded with tourists, it can be very difficult to find a parking space nearby.

V Karlových Varech se nám líbí, rádi tam jezdíme a často. Jinak hodnocení velmi dobré.
Pros:

Lokalita vynikající a výhled na kolonádu úžasný. Personálu není co vytknout, jsou to profíci a lidi na svém místě. Měli jsme polopenzi, snídaně bohaté a večeře to samé, všude čisto a personál opravdu lítal a pracoval. Sauna a bazén v pohodě, prostěradla k mání, krásně vyžehlená.

Cons:

Negativa mi nevyhledáváme. Jen ženě se propadla postel, rošt jsem po nasazoval a bylo to. Vyřešeno za malou chvilku.

Администратор София поселила в номер гораздо ниже уровнем. После обращения в Вам, переселили на следующий день. Разницу в цене пока не вернули. Жду возвращения денег на карту! Выключено отопление, а температуры ночью минусовые
