Die sehr gute Lage und der Wellnessbereich. Super

Cons:

Die Matraze war sehr ausgelegen.
Der Kühlschrank hatte nicht gekühlt, hatte es aber leider vergessen an der Rezeption zu melden.
Die Hotelbar hatte leider immer nur bis 21 Uhr geöffnet, das geht gar nicht! Die anderen Hotels fast alle bis mindestens 22 bzw. 23 Uhr.

Karlsbad war schön das Hotel lediglich untere Mittelklasse.

Sehr, sehr schlechtes WLAN!!!

Immer das gleiche Frühstücksbuffet, keine Abwechslung.

Betten wurden überhaupt nie gemacht. Es gab lediglich frische Handtücher, wenn man sie vorher auf den Boden gelegt hatte.

Vor unserem Fenster war eine Baustelle, die Freitag und Samstag um 7:00 Uhr begonnen hat mit Presslufthämmern zu arbeiten. Sehr schade, eine Information darüber im Vorfeld wäre schön gewesen.

Sauna war viel zu klein für die vielen Gäste das Massageangebot war, ebenfalls wegen der vielen Leute auch 2 Tage im voraus nicht buchbar

Ubytování v centru, sauna a bazén byly fajn

Cons:

V pokoji bylo málo možností na nabití elektroniky. Když chcete nabít telefon, musíte vypojit lampičku. Televize nefungovala, to ale zas tak nevadilo.

Lokalita, jedla veľmi chutne, zelenina , ovocie ,

Cons:

Česky malo kto zo zamestnancov rozprával. Tri rana psy brechali asi 45 minút, a mravcov v izbe veľmi veľa . Fajčiari znečisťovali inym vzduch/ veľmi nepríjemne pre nefajčiarov .
