Celkově jsme byli spokojeni.
Pros:

Hotel přímo v centru na kolonádě.
Personál příjemný a ochotný.

Cons:

Převážná část hostů rusky mluvících. To znamená, že dost velký chaoz. Hlavně v jídelně, která není úplně velká pro tolik lidí.Jídlo v jídelně bylo studené už 5 minut po otevření ( snídaně)

Prvotny sok bol ked som sa ledva dorozumel cesky/slovensky s recepciou, nulove informacie ohladom poplatku za vjazd do kupelnej zony, aj napriek tomu ze som u nich parkoval. Ako hlavne minus pre nas bola nefunkcna virivka, kvoli ktorej sme si vybrali tento hotel s pomedzi ostatnych. Ked som sa pytal na kompenzaciu - 0 bodov. Tak odporucam aj ostatnym, ked budu nerozhodny, zvolit radsej iny hotel.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und werden gerne wieder in diesem Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Suite, mit einem großen Badezimmer. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war freundlich.

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren in ausreichender Qualität. Das Angebot vegetarischer Speisen war nur unzureichend. Die Zimmer sind teilweise renoviert. Die Badezimmer sind sehr schön und modern. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war sehr gut. Die Kaffeecaps wurden jeden Tag ergänzt. Saunabereich etwas klein. Ein Schwimmbad ist vorhanden. Der Loungebereich ist sehr angenehm. Der Roomservice kommt jeden Tag, aber die Betten werden nur alle 3-4 Tage hergerichtet. Zimmer 242 ist empfehlenswert.

Cons:

An manchen Tagen reichte der Speisesaal nicht aus. Obwohl ein zweiter Raum zur Öffnung vorhanden war, wurde dieser nicht immer geöffnet, was zu Verzögerungen führte. Der Fitnessraum könnte moderner sein.

Empfehle
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Küchenpersonal und die Köche war sehr aufmerksam und haben auf unsere Bitte sofort reagiert. Da wir eine große Familiengruppe waren hat man für uns die Tische zusammengerückt und für das Geburtstagkind wurde sogar eine Torte gebacken und geschenkt es war sehr schön.
Dame an der Rezeption sehr professionell hat uns sehr gut betreut.
Danke an alle bis zum nächsten Mal.

E stata una esperienza negativa appena siamo arrivati ci hanno dato una stanza matrimoniale e io ho prenotato una tripla per tre adulti hanno aggiunto un divano letto mediocre sottili per bimbi con un sottile materassino abbiamo cercato di parlare con il responsabile ma a nessuno importava nulla sono freddi come il ghiaccio malgrado che ho fatto vedere alla ragazza della reception il ferro che porto nella schiena visto che ho fatto un intervento ma nulla d.affare tre giorni terribili a dormire su materassini sottili bassi . La piscina fredda i dolci sono insistenti . Non solo a ultimo momento andando via con il taxi che ci aspettava fuori ha detto che non abbiamo pagato malgrado che abbiamo pagato al nostro arrivo malgrado le ricevute fatte vedere ha dovuto telefonare risultato che abbiamo perso il taxi e tutto di corsa abbiamo preso un altro per andare alla stazione le ragazze della reception sono antipatiche senza sorriso e fredde come loro clima . Una TERRIBILE esperienza e non vedevamo ora di andare via le ragazze del ristorante sono gentile .PESSIMO stanza sporca polvere sotto il letto ma dove stanno 4 stelli . VERGONATEVI .

Pros:

Отеля находиться в очень удобном месте,напротив источников. Завтраки были вкусные, всего достаточно.

Cons:

Немного не понравилось , что хотели отдельно оплатить ужин, сразу сказали что такое возможно,но когда перед ужином подошли оплатить, сказали ,что к сожалению мест нет. ((( Это немного омрачило наш отдых,но не критично
