單一服務人員問題

Cons:

當天入住服務人員態度很差。
14:30左右，先進行登錄check-in，知道15:00才能那房卡。
在登錄訂房資訊，到登入汽車車牌號碼時一直找不到車牌，可以理解是系統問題。
詢問現場服務人員（女生），不但態度不耐煩，還連續把我登錄的資訊按掉3次，3次。我得重新再checkin ,重複了3次。我從一開始就告知我訂房資訊登錄一半剩車牌找不到，但她完全沒有在聽，把登錄到一半的check in取消，然後一直要補登車牌。眼見她無法解決問題，服務態度極差無比。最後我受不了請他幫我人工登錄，我checkin先車牌略過。請她紀錄我車牌號碼，也完全不抄起來，一直翻白眼說她有記了。然後就轉身離開 處理其他人的問題。 我也沒辦法，只好進房後打客房服務電話，人員就態度非常好的協助我處理前後1分鐘不到。
減少人工服務，但不能失去飯店服務精神。
如果她告知我可以先車牌略過，之後在人工登錄。我相信同樣的結果，會有不同的服務感覺。

Pros:

隔音不錯，床很舒服，登記入住有問題也可以直接打電話詢問，因為早餐是臨時決定要加的，電話另一頭的服務人員也是很有耐心的幫我們處理，房間不大，但是床很舒服 一覺到天亮！

Pros:

智能入住的步驟指示清楚好操作，停車問題也獲得迅速解決

Cons:

清潔方面需要大力道再加強，淋浴間發霉處很多，梯廳地板頭髮灰塵略多；隔音很差，整晚聽附近的關門聲碰碰碰，對於開整天車亟需好好休息的我們非常困擾！

房間舒適乾淨寬敞。
早餐選擇多樣豐富，麵包好吃也有多種選擇，熟食多樣，在水準之上。
距離逢甲夜市稍微有點距離，但也因此比較安靜，是我喜歡的住宿地點，吃飽散步逛回來剛好消化。

Wonderful stay where I will stay again next time.
Pros:

I like the gym facility, breakfast was good too, wide variety and my mum loves it. There was laundry facility too, near fengjia market too, will definitely be back

Cons:

Probably the lack of international socket.and no place to hang clothes so it could be an issue when I am staying with my brother.
