Das Hotel ist architektonisch eine absolute Glanzleistung und in einem top Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Check-in: Die Dame war extrem bemüht, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang ist phänomenal.

Cons:

Leider wird die Urlaubsstimmung durch die dauerhafte Beschallung der Animation vom Nachbarhotel gestört, die man den ganzen Tag dröhnen hört. Zudem war das Frühstück sehr enttäuschend: Es wird lieblos in einem Picknickkorb vor die Tür gestellt und besteht fast nur aus in Plastik verpackten Produkten. Qualität und Präsentation haben hier leider nicht überzeugt.

Fantastic stay, beautiful views inside and out.
Pros:

First of all how polite the host was and so accommodating. We stayed in serenity suite and it was simply beautiful. Absolutely love the private swimming pool overlooking the sea. We also really enjoyed the panoramic window views from the open planned living space/diner, amazing to watch sunset from.

There was plenty of towels, very comfortable beds and if you appreciate interior including lighting and attention to detail,the owner has not missed. The aesthetic is minimal and clean. Perfect for me and my family, it was like home from home!

Cons:

Nothing! Just tips, I would just say to add some information in the booklet about food deliver and restaurant recommendations and distance to highlights of the area. And also a basket to put all used towels and linens to keep tidy in one place.

Séjour à la hauteur des attentes et personnel très agréable!
Pros:

Kim et sa famille sont très accueillant et aux petits soins!
Je suis venu avec ma maman qui est à mobilité réduite, Kim a pris le temps de m’appeler avant notre arrivée afin de sélectionner la chambre la plus adaptée pour ma maman.
Si il y a le moindre petit problème, une solution et apporter par la suite.
Sans parler de la suite, la piscine privée, la piscine commune ( qui es très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, et surtout très calme, jamais plus de 4 ou 5 personnes en même temps pendant notre séjour) était tout simplement magnifique et largement à la hauteur des photos proposées.
L’entretien des parties communes et de l’extérieur est très rigoureux, ce qui rend l’expérience et les lieux encore plus agréable!

Cons:

Si je devrais vraiment trouver un point négatif, il serait peut-être sur le petit déjeuner, et encore je pense seulement que les attentes françaises sont très exigeant à ce niveau-là, mais celui-ci reste extrêmement correct.

Super séjour reposant et personnel très agréable et réactif , je recommande vivement cet hôtel
Pros:

Tout était magnifique, la villa 2 chambre est très belle, une vue incroyable , un super cuisine
La gérante de l’hôtel s’est très bien occupé de nous et a été super gentille et adorable et aux petits soins pour nous du début jusqu’à la fin

Cons:

Le seul inconvénient est que la Clim du salon ne fonctionnait pas et devait être réparé sinon tout était parfait

Un endroit exceptionnel sachant que ce n'est pas mon premier séjour en Crète

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appart-hôtel et nous en sommes pleinement satisfaits. L’appartement était spacieux, très propre, parfaitement équipé et particulièrement confortable. Tout a été pensé pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi tout en profitant des services d’un établissement de qualité.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité de l’équipe et le professionnalisme du personnel, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins avec le sourire.

L’emplacement, le calme des lieux et la qualité des prestations ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable et reposant. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et n’hésiterons pas à recommander cet appart-hôtel à notre famille et à nos amis.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
