Great complimentary breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful in getting us in a Uber to go downtown.
Location was walking distance to German Town and Baseball. Cheap Uber ride away from Broadway. Lady on Breakfast duty singing the pancakes song made our weekend.
Nothing. Everything was as you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Coffee was Costa so great too.
Super comfy big bed, clean, helpful and kind staff, quiet area, breakfast included. Short taxi distance away from downtown (cheap to get taxi too)

The front desk staff were as friendly as they could be given my situation. The booking process on Booking.com was fairly easy.
I was not refunded for a reservation I paid for because I was late to my check-in time despite sending a message to the property to inform them that I would be arriving late. I had been traveling in an area with poor signal, and apparently a message was not enough for the hotel to forgo canceling my paid room.
I had ALREADY paid for my hotel room. I was traveling for work; and, as a single woman on a business trip, rather than try and help me find reasonable accommodations, I was instead told to pay out of pocket for a new room at the same hotel, or to leave.
I then contacted Booking.com and was told that there was very little they could do to help, as the hotel staff had failed to notify Booking.com that my paid room was canceled.
Great parking and perfect location
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property.
Hotel was clean, friendly and decent size room for stay. It had onsite parking and breakfast was included. It was 10mins by bus to town centre easily accessible and close to Germantown which had plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance.
