Pros:

The front desk staff and the morning breakfast staff we're phenomenal.

Cons:

The room itself was not clean and the bed was uncomfortable. I feel like what I received was definitely not worth the money I paid.

Everything! Fresh baked cookies, "hot cakes," bedding. It was literally the best place ever. We will definitely be back.

Great room but the staff on the night time ruined our stay
Pros:

The rooms were amazing

Cons:

The staff was a disgrace it took us just shy off 2 hours to check in and we were the only people there checking in and when we finally checked in it took several sets off keys to be made so that we could get into numerous rooms so bad that security had to come in and let us into our room cause the reception didn’t know what she was doin it was an absolute disaster

Pros:

We enjoyed the hospitality, clean comfortable hotel & rooms. Great toiletries in the room

Cons:

The hotel is a little far out from the centre but the uber cost isnt too expensive to get to the centre

Great hotel and Rooms but not Downtown
Pros:

Check in easy, friendly staff.
Hotel areas clean.
Room excellent. Lovely and spacious, very clean, bed was comfortable. Shower good.
Washing facilities so pleased with that on a road trip.Breakfast was good and staff so friendly.
Car parking good.
Little further out than you think from downtown as it does say, Metrocenter downtown but the free Uber ride to downtown if an IHG member is brilliant, keep that up. And getting back downtown, we used a No.9 bus which stopped outside and only cost $2 each

Cons:

Charge for parking.
The name downtown as it is about 2.5 miles from downtown , but Uber one way is a bonus
