Rozmiar i wygoda łóżek na plus.

Cons:

The toilet was covered in shit and the brush was missing. It was cleaned up after a few days. It's difficult to rate it because the rest was okay for the price.

Kavos..... what a dump!
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious but I did upgrade to a sea view, which was an amazing view.

Cons:

The place needs some serious attention.the pool was green with algae and way too unsafe to swim in.definetly not cleaned on a regular basis.the bar area was never open after 7pm sometimes not at all due to Sara been asked to close it and work in the hotel next door which is a shame because there were a few guest's and I think they would have used the bar area more if it was a nice space to drink in.the curtains in the room had red streaks on them so only god knows what had been wiped on then🤦. unfortunately the room needed a good clean because there was dust all over the place and poo bins weren't emptied anywhere near enough.Paid a lot of money to stay here but wouldn't recommend it due to the lack of attention to the hotel.As for Kavos.... what an absolutely shocking place.Yes I've heard that Kavos is a party place but when I see people buying balloons full of laughing gas in bars and blatantly using them then that should tell you exactly what kind of s...hole Kavos is.
Had a few nice days in the surrounding hotels but please don't bother with this hotel or Kavos.Unfortunately I learned the hard way.Well needed holiday but it didn't even feel like a holiday 👎
Booking.com really need to start vetting these hotels and actually do something about the state of these places they advertise for because people are losing hard earned money and being let down Way to often.

Dissapointing
Pros:

Umbrella Apartments has the potential to be lovely with the view over the water, but unfortunately our experience wasn't great.

Cons:

As the season was ending, the apartments were not staffed. The place was desolate, and the grounds unkempt. Overgrown grass and a green swimming pool. The beach was dirty with rubbish and seaweed. The town itself was pretty much closed down. Lots of derelict buildings and resorts left empty, pools green and dirty, and the main street had minimal shops and restaurants open and absolutely desolate with hardly any visitors to the town evident. A disappointing experience overall.

Good hotel, bad beach
Pros:

Hotel was very clean. They change sheets and towels every day. Only bad thing was the hotel pool, very dirty water.

Cons:

For a family holiday with kids , Cavos is not the right place. Beach was very bad, very mug water , we travelled every day to different beaches.

Hôtel au calme à Kavos
Chambre/appartement avec terrasse qui donne sur la piscine
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ici (mais il faut avoir une voiture)

Cons:

Dommage que la plage juste en face ne donne pas très envie (algues)

Pros:

Ottima posizione e piscina a pochi metri veramente piacevole.

Cons:

Si può lavorare sul bagno, un gancio per la doccia potrebbe essere utile.. i porta asciugamani di plastica li toglierei, consiglio anche una zanzariera in bagno. Utile sarebbe anche avere prese vicino al comodino.

Pros:

Directly at the beach :) they let us leave our suitcases at the reception on our last day, which was very nice.

Cons:

They did not put the sunbeds (that are visible in the first photo, advertising the place) out. So you could only lay at the pool area, which wasn't that nice. Little bit of false advertisement.
If they had put it out I would give a better rating, rest was ok for the price.

Locatia langa plaja,camera spatioasa,frigider mare in camera,piscina ok,,robinet cu apa pt curatat picioarele de nisip,personal amiabil!Raport calitate pret destul de bun. Se vade ca au investit ceva bani la inceput,dar ar mai trebui investit in mici amanunte cum ar fi niste saltele pt sezlonguri,niste umbrele noi(cele care sunt au un grad de uzura ),o plasa de tantari la geamul de la baie.Noi ne-am simtit bine aici!Recomand !

Cons:

Dusul la intrare in propietate se poate repara sa nu aduci nisipul in piscina,presiunea la dus a fost mica,dar ne-am descurcat!
