Udany pobyt mimo kilku niedociągnięć
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja. Mimo że hotel znajduje się na wzgórzu, bardzo łatwo zejść do głównych atrakcji turystycznych i pospacerować po okolicy. Hotel jest duży i przestronny. W środku jest czysto, mimo że wystrój nie jest już najnowszy. Duża strefa basenowa. Personel jest uprzejmy i pomocny – zawsze starali się coś podpowiedzieć lub pomóc. Bardzo dobry bar i restauracja, a obsługa kelnerska świetnie sobie radzi.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje śniadanie – ogromny wybór potraw, a mimo dużej liczby gości w restauracji nie było tłoczno.

Cons:

W strefie sauny dla mężczyzn była sauna wspólna dla kobiet i mężczyzn, natomiast w strefie dla kobiet sauna była tylko dla kobiet – to trochę dziwne rozwiązanie.
W hotelu są podobno dwa hammamy. Niestety działał tylko jeden – drugi był zamknięty (prawdopodobnie zepsuty). Dodatkowo w działającym hammamie był bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci i pleśni, przez co nie dało się tam komfortowo przebywać i z niego nie korzystaliśmy.

Druga sprawa dotyczy masażu tajskiego. Przy rezerwacji na recepcji zostaliśmy wprowadzeni w błąd lub źle zrozumiani. Z żoną zapisaliśmy się na tajski masaż olejowy, a szwagier na klasyczny masaż tajski. Zapytałem w recepcji, czy trzeba mieć własne ubranie, czy dostaje się specjalną piżamę, ponieważ przy klasycznym masażu tajskim używa się takiej piżamy do rozciągania. Recepcjonistka powiedziała, że nie trzeba nic przynosić, ponieważ na miejscu dostaje się piżamę. Dodatkowo na zdjęciach promocyjnych masażu klienci również byli w takich piżamach. Ostatecznie jednak wykonano u niego zwykły masaż olejowy.

Ogólnie jakość masażu była dobra i wszyscy byliśmy zadowoleni, jednak standardy sanitarne w strefie masażu budzą duże wątpliwości. W gabinetach było po prostu brudno – pod stołami kurz i brud, który wyglądał, jakby nie był sprzątany od dłuższego czasu. W strefie masażu nie znalazłem też wody dla klientów – zapytałem masażystkę i powiedziała, że tutaj nie ma wody.

Pros:

I had an excellent experience at this hotel and truly enjoyed my stay.

Everything was perfect, the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant.

The service exceeded my expectations, and everything was well-organized and of high quality. It was clear that great attention was given to guest comfort and satisfaction.

I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others.

Das es sich um ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel handelt, war mir bewusst. Das findet man oft in Karlsbad aber der schle
Pros:

Von außen ist es ein sehr schönes Gebäude. Die Lage ist gut. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Das Personal war überwiegend wenig zugänglich, grüßte nicht, wirkte desinteressiert. Der Check-in hat über eine halbe Stunde gedauert, die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption wirkten überfordert. Die Säuberung der Zimmer war mangelhaft, benutzte Gläser wurden u.a. nicht ausgetauscht. Auch die Zimmerausstattung ist veraltet.
Die Gänge zu Sauna und Swimmingpool sind verwirrend und nicht ausreichend gut ausgeschildert. Der Spa-Bereich ist lieblos gestaltet.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls eine Enttäuschung. Schlechter Kaffee, kaum Auswahl, billige Wurst-und Käsesorten. Auch hier insgesamt eine lieblose Gestaltung.

в общем, как бы не плохо, но ожидали большего, второй раз, сконее всего выберем другой отель
Pros:

хорошее месторасположение, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, хорошие завтраки. проживали в центральном корпусе(апартаменты на троих человек).
Вид из окна был красивый, Номер и постельное белье были чистые и свежие.
Очень удобно наличие второго сан. узла в номере.

Cons:

Спальное место для третьего человека не удобное, мебель и ремонт в номере выглядели «уставшими». шумоизоляция так же оставляет желать лучшего.
Бассейн и сауна не очень понравились, было ощущение какой то неопрятности.
Боулинг и бильярд были закрыты в дни нашего пребывания, хотя на сайте этой информации мы не видели.
Парковочного места, для нашего автомобиля не нашлось. Если едете в праздники, нужно очень заранее бронировать.

Sehr angenehm, gute Erholung für einen Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Villa im Jugendstil, sehr gepflegt.
Gute Lage am Berg, Blick über Karlsbad.
Nähe zur Innenstadt, führt über Treppen.
Gutes Frühstück. Schwimmbad, Whirlpool und Sauna in angenehmen Ambiente und sauber.

Cons:

Ausstattung etwas altbacken, passt aber zum Stil Anfang 1900.
Schwimmbad durch unterirdischen Gang erreichbar, der Weg ist etwas weit.
Fliesen des Schwimmbades sind sehr rutschig.
