Ruhige Lage, schönes großes Zimmer

Cons:

Begrenzte Parkplätze, kein Ausladen vor dem Hoteleingang, strenger Parkwächter mit drei Chefs, die die besten Parkplätze selbst belegen (aber nicht da waren)

Cons:

Keine Gratulation zum Geburtstag. Obwohl ich habe mitgekriegt, dass beim Frühstück die Dame aus der Ukraine ein speziell serviertes Kuchenstück von dem Personal erhalten hat. In anderen Hotels in Karlsbad ist es üblich. Die Reinigung in Zimmer war mangelhaft.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön auf dem Berg gelegen. Man kann über verschiedene Gebäudetrakte und Fahrstühle bis unten in die Innenstadt gelangen. Frühstück und das Restaurant / Bar war ausgezeichnet

Cons:

Die Damen von der Rezeption waren etwas maulig (aber das restliche Personal in den Restaurants usw. waren sehr nett) ...Das Parken wird von einer Security organisiert. Wir haben einen Platz auf dem Gelände bekommen - mit 20Euro pro Nacht aber ganz schön happig

Красивейший замок посреди очень красивого и зелёного места. Бассейн, доступный по подземным переходам из главного здания, кафетерий (завтрак).

Tolles Personal im Gastrobereich.
Nähe zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Lange Irrwege zur Sauna, 2 Tage kein Housekiping da gewesen, dem entsprechend Kein Toilettenpapier 🫣, keine sauberen Handtücher.

Wunderschöne Stadt , Hotel noch ausbaufähig!

Optisch schönes Haus , schöner Pool

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich, 60€ für 3 Tage parken für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Zimmer wurde am zweiten Tag nicht gereinigt!

Pros:

Das ist meine zweite, nicht positive, Bewertung, in den letzten zehn Jahren.
Für ein Hotel, in dieser Preisklasse sollte es nicht sein, dass die Satelittenanlage über das Wochenende ausfällt.
Vom schwarzen Haar in der Butter des Frühstücksbuffets einmal abgesehen.
Da stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht mehr.
