Pros:

Its at the top of the city centre. We had difficulties to walk up there.
Its clean and comfortable.
I waited about 25 mins to check in. There was only one staff at the check in desk and she wasn’t able to meet all the people who was waiting for check in. She also wasn’t able to speak English so we had difficulties to understand each other.

Das Frühstück war ehr mäßig,
Betten waren um 17: Uhr noch nicht gemacht, später war das Zimmer zweitklassig gesäubert

Interessante Erfahrung
Pros:

Freundliche Personal, frühere Info über Parkplatzreservation, sodass wir rechtzeitig es erledogen könnten.

Cons:

Tunneln sind echt gruselig. Obwohl es ist schön ohne raus zu gehen nach Schwimbad ins zimmer zu kommen, aber gruselig 😅

Pros:

Das Haus ist historisch gesehen, fantastisch.
Schade, das hier nicht mehr rausgeholt wird.

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich. Auf den Fluren wurden die Mülleimer nicht geleert.
Einen Spa Bereich war nicht zu finden. Der Poolbereich roch unangenehm. Der Fitnessbereich ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet.

Wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen!
Pros:

Die Lager des Hotels und die Architektur hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Der Herr für die Einteilung der Parkplätze war sehr unfreundlich.
Die Rezetionistin freundlich aber überlastet. Pool und Sauna schwer zu finden!
Schlecht ausgeschildert.
Mittelmäßiges Frühstücksbuffet, wenig freundliches Personal.
Zimmerreinigung an einem Tag nicht erfolgt. Durchgesessene Coouchgarnitur!
