Pros:

Alles wir waren sehr zufrieden hat alles gepasst was andere in Kommentare geschrieben haben ist nicht war wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und wir haben auch einen Parkplatz reserviert und haben auch einen bekommen wir werden wieder kommen und sehr freundliches personal

Ein wirkliches Erlebnis!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Flair des Hauses ist aussergewöhnlich, beherbergte es doch schon viele illustre Gäste. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig.

Lage top, sauber ,gute Zimmer ,Mitarbeiter freundlich, Frühstück ok

Leider spricht man im hotel wenig deutsch so das man nicht viel fragen konnte,wellness ist so schwer zu finden ,essen im Restaurant nicht so gut,deutsche Sender schwer zu finden

Wellness - Parní lázeň neměla kohoutky z vodou (není možnost opláchnout sedačky po jiných lidí. Finska sauna je mala a neměla dostačující teplotu. Masérky nemluví česky a nebyla možnost domluvit ani silu masáže ani možný postup vůči pošitou a zdraví klientů.
Cele odpoledne v sousedním pokoje proběhaly opravy a byl velký hluk. Před ubytováním nás o tom že budou provádět práce nikdo neinformoval. Recepční vysvětlila že opravy byli naplánovaní na tento den do 18 hodiny. I přes to že o nich se vědělo nám dali pokoj vedle. A tak odpočinut po procedurách se nepodařilo. Náš pobyt v hotelu byl jeden den a dvě noci i odpočinut naprosto nevyšlo. Recepční na celou tuto kolize řekla že vše řekne manažeru a tím to skončilo.
S parkováním (předem objednaným) taky nebylo vše jednoduchý.

Das Hotel ist Warm und einladend, die Zimmer passend zum Äußeren des Hauses. Wer dies mag wird das Hotel toll finden. Das Personal könnte sich mehr Trinkgeld Verdienen wenn es ab und zu mal lächeln könnte und eine angenehme Nettigkeiten an den Tag legt.

Cons:

Der Service beim Parken. Bei jeden Besuch des Hotels das selbe. Auf einen Handzettel wird geschmiert und dann diskutiert für das Fahrzeug gäbe es keinen Parkplatz. Wir reservieren aber immer gleich mit der Buchung und der Bestätigung einen Parkplatz. Da in Karlsbad Parkplätze in der Innenstadt wenig vorhanden sind ist dies die beste Option. Der Parkplatz im Hotel ist gut gesichert.
