Pros:

Die Lage ist super, auch der Verbund der Häuser. Parrkplatz unbedingt reservieren!
Das Bad war sauber und sehr schön, das Zimmer sehr groß und alles in gutem Zustand. Leider war die Glasablage auf dem Nachttisch klebrig. Andere Oberflächen im Zimmer waren staubig. Benutzte Gläser wurden vom Personal nicht getauscht oder gereinigt. Die Bademäntel waren sehr fadenscheinig und hatten zum Teil Löcher. Das Personal ist komplett auf russische Gäste eingestellt. Mit Englisch wurde es schwierig.
Beim Frühstück war zwar alles da aber irgendwie sehr lieblos arrangiert. Das Personal stand mehr herum, als dass es emsig bemüht oder auch nur freundlich war.
Es gibt viele Wellness-Angebote und Behandlungen. Kurzfristig ist aber kaum etwas möglich, nur zu unmöglichen Zeiten. Schade, dass die Homepage der Bristol-Group so grottig ist. Ich hätte gerne das eine oder andere vorher organisiert.

Parke in s ne katastrophe, wenn man nicht sehr bald reserviert hat, ca 1,2 km Fußweg und 20 € die Nacht.
Das Personal versteht einen nur wenn es will.

Pros:

Car park was down a lot of steps from hotel, every time you needed to get car out you had to ask security to come down and unlock the gate, which was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is about 4 hotels and it is a long walk between them and dining or reception along corridors, up and down steps, one nearly needs GPS. The breakfast was very mediocre 3 star at best, pillows very uncomfortable, room itself was very nice with balcony and good bathroom with bidet and good sized shower.
