Cons:

The hotel showed as open and my booking around the time of Eid was accepted, but when my flight arrived at night and I took a taxi to the hotel, the hotel was closed!
The whole building was closed, doors locked and lights were off. It was after 1am at night so I messaged the owner and he responded saying they are closed for Eid and that they will be open but in the morning after 10! I was forced to book a different hotel in the middle of the night.
I checked back in the day if the hotel was opened as the owner promised but it was still closed. I messaged the owner again but this time I was ignored.
Overall a big disappointment, don't accept bookings if you can't honour them and don't lie that the hotel will be reopened later if it won't be.

Pros:

the staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

they added chemicals for us to enter the swimming pool.. it was a bit worrying.
we changed rooms 3 times. the 1st one got flooded when we opened the shower . the tv and the drawers wouldn’t t open . the third one was ok but we didn’t have hot water
