Pros:

Красиво,уютно,не ожидала,что всё настолько рядом- достопремечательности. Территория красивая,большая. Завтраки с огромным ассортиментом.

Cons:

Лифты с картами и туннели.. Это было нечто. У меня нет клаустрофобии,но воздуха не хватало,инженер который придумал эти строения, точно любил поиграть в лабиринты:). Через 2 дня мы привыкли и стали уде без нервов передвигаться. А так- спасибо Bristol!!!!!

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren zufrieden. Besonders toll und sehr aufmerksam vom Personal war, als wir Geburtstag gefeiert haben und einen Geburtstagskuchen aufs Haus erhalten haben. Super !

Cons:

Leider haben die Zimmerkarten oft nicht richtig funktioniert. Nur nach mehrmaligen Versuchen ging es, was ziemlich nervig ist. Zusätzlich hat uns das Schwimmbad leider nicht so gefallen (ungemütlich und nicht so schön), wie es auf den Fotos dargestellt wird.

Pros:

Snídaně, pokoj, wellness, personál, poloha komplexu u lesa a zároveň u centra.

Cons:

Starší vybavení koupelny, při koupání se odlomilo madlo ve vaně, což může být i nebezpečné pro starší osoby. V koupelně byly k dispozici pouze ručníky, nikoliv větší osušky.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage her perfekt. Das Frühstück gibt alles, was man braucht. Der Wellnessbereich erfüllt auch sein

Die Unterkunft hatte die perfekte Lage. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen aber hat alles was man braucht. Der Spabereich ist alt, aber ausreichend. Per E-Mail habe ich nach einem Parkplatz gefragt, da ich einen gebrochenen Fuß habe und habe tatsächlich noch einen erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Zimmer wurde gereinigt und frische Handtücher aufgefüllt. Im Spabereich war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Hotelanlage ist riesengroß besteht aus drei Hotels, die irgendwie miteinander verbunden sind. Die Wegbeschreibung, die man in die Hand gedrückt bekommt, ist nicht logisch und auch nicht richtig.
Die Aufzüge funktionieren nur mit der Zimmerkarte, die nicht immer funktioniert. der Empfang an der Rezeption war leider nicht sehr freundlich. Das Personal wirkte gestresst und war auch nicht bemüht, als ich mit Krücken mein Problem schilderte, das Gepäck in das Zimmer zu bringen. Das ist ziemlich weit weg war mir zu helfen. Da war der Herr bei der Schranke am Parkplatz wesentlich aufmerksamer und freundlicher. Er ließ uns mit dem Auto bis zu dem Aufzug im Hof fahren. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr aufmerksam und bemüht die Tische ordentlich zu halten.

Für einen Kurztripp ganz okay!
Pros:

Spa- Bereich und Pool/ Sauna gut.

Cons:

Lange Wege, sehr unübersichtlich. In unserem Hotel Bristol, sehr laut.( gegenüber Klimaanlage) 24 h, schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich. Büfett Abends sehr übersichtlich und keine Suppen!

Все классно.Возрастная категория проживающих за 60.Просто обычный лечебный санаторий.
Pros:

Первое впечатление не плохое,НО подземные коридоры…Нужен дополнительный персонал,чтобы показать,где что находится.Апартаменты шикарные,просторные.

Pros:

Lokalita byla vynikající. V pokoji a hotelu bylo čisto. V hotelu jsme byly na večeři i snídani, obojí nám chutnalo. S obsluhou jsme byly spokojeni.

Cons:

S tím, že hotel má velký areál a budovy jsou spojeny mezi sebou, je těžké najít svůj pokoj. Bylo by vhodné udělat laminovou mapu areálu, kterou by hosté dostali a nebo osobní doprovod z recepce. Nelíbila se mi celková komunikace na recepci. Mohly by se v sauně zavést časy výhradně pro muže a ženy. Celou noc jsme v pokoji slyšely nějaký hlasitý šum, nejspíš ventilace.
