Bon hôtel pour une nuit au sud de Berlin.
Pros:

Bien qu'arrivé le 1er janvier en dehors des heures officielles (2h00 du matin), une personne contactée par téléphone est venue - comme prévu - sur place en 5 minutes. La personne très gentille a transporté ma valise jusqu'au 2ème étage. On m'a aussi autorisé à prendre le petit-déjeuner à 11h00 même si normalement ça se termine à 10h00. La chambre était calme et le matelas confortable. Les radiateurs fonctionnaient très bien. L'hôtel a le mérite d'exister dans un quartier où il n'y pas beaucoup de possibilités d'hébergement.

Cons:

L'oreiller était trop petit et mince. Il aurait été appréciable qu'il y en ait davantage. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un savon - même basique - dans la douche. J'ai trouvé le prix un petit peu trop élevé en comparaison au centre de Berlin où peut parfois loger pour moins cher. Transports publics pas inexistants mais plutôt compliqués si c'est un jour ferié.

Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt und werde das Hotel weiter nutzen
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang trotz vorzeitiger Ankunft, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Das Zimmer im 1.Stock war sauber und das Bett war bequem, nicht durchgelegen. Das Bad war auch sauber. Im Ganzen machte das Hotel einen guten Eindruck und vor allem war es ruhig. Das Frühstücksbüfett war übersichtlich ohne Höhepunkte aber man wurde satt und Kaffee so viel wie man wollte. Das Hotel liegt am Ortseingang aber man ist schnell in Berlin. Supermarkt nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.

Pros:

Sehr zu vorkommend, wir mussten sehr früh los und haben Lunchpakete bekommen. Auf Anfrage haben wir auch noch Kaffee bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal!

Werde nie wieder dort hinfahren
Pros:

Frühstück war in Ordnung,ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Handtücher in schlechtem Zustand.Bei Anreise niemand da.Erst nach mehreren telefonaten Schlüssel erhalten.Im Internet Werbung mit einer Gaststätte die garnicht da ist.Somit konnte man nicht einmal einen Kaffee trinken.
